The digital revolution places the imperative of accepting the fact that all spheres of business must be modernized. As the core of all functions in the company changes, the marketing function changes. The marketing mix of companies is changing in terms of using digital technologies to implement marketing strategies. In addition to innovation in the domain of creating products, price construction and distribution channels, promotion is also being innovated. Communication of product offers to customers requires a modern approach that will be compatible with the turbulent time in which business is currently taking place. Consumers are turning more and more to modern technologies, and the increasingly popular digital media is the way to reach a modern consumer. In this sense, alongside traditional promotion, the company uses digital promotion as a way of its overall performance in promoting its offer. Among other things, the use of digital promotion channels depends on the size of the company. The subject of paper is the usage of digital promotion in small enterprises in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of the paper is to examine participation and significance of digital promotion in the overall promotion of small enterprises of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to determine the degree of usefulness and satisfaction based on the use of digital promotion by the mentioned enterprises.
APSTRAKTSkladišta imaju nekoliko bitnih funkcija, ali dvije najvažnije su privremeni smještaj roba, do njihovog daljeg korišćenja u proizvodnji ili distribuciji, te očuvanje kvaliteta roba. Kako bi se ova dva cilja ostvarila neophodno je robu organizovati unutar skladišta u zone, te odrediti kapacitet i broj zona, veličinu skladišta, broj dokova, stepen popunjenosti skladišta i drugo. Efikasna organizacija skladišnog prostora je složen problem, koji zahtijeva donošenje mnogih povezanih odluka, koje mogu da budu strateške, taktičke i operativne, u zavisnosti od vremenskog perioda na koji se donose. Da bi organizacija skladišnog prostora bila zasnovana na što pouzdanijim informacijama, koriste se različite kvantitativne metode. Ove metode imaju za cilj olakšati i usmjeriti menadžment u upravljanju skladištem. Cilj ovog rada jeste definisanje osnovnih principa i metoda koje pomažu menadžmentu preduzeća u efikasnom upravljanju prostorom i procesima u skladištu.Ključne riječi: skladišni prostor, upravljanje skladištem, kvantitativne metode ABSTRACTWarehouses have several important functions, but the two most important are temporary storage of goods until their further use in production or distribution, and preservation of its quality. In order to achieve these objectives, it is necessary to arrange the goods within the warehouse into zones, and to determine the capacity and the number of zones, the size of the warehouses, the number of docks, the level of warehouse occupancy and more. Efficient organization of storage space is a complex problem, which requires the adoption of many related decisions, which may be strategic, tactical and operational, depending on the time period in which they are made. In order to make a organization of warehouse space eficient, we use reliable information from various quantitative methods. These methods aim to facilitate and direct management in the warehouse. The aim of this study is to define the basic principles and methods that help management companies in the efficient management of the space and warehouse processes.
