Developing a business is a manifestation of growth activities that will be the key to success in going through the continuity of a business. It becomes the basic basis for making decisions that are important for company policy in good situations or in unpredictable situations such as the covid 19 pandemic. A leader in a medium-sized business of course pays attention to all aspects of support that make the decision device taken by paying attention to reactions occurring both internally and in the market. You will see the character of a leader who is ready to face a crisis, especially in adapting information technology as part of the relocation of businesses to digital caused by the difficulty of penetrating the market directly. Researching how many medium-sized business owners in Bandung are adapting the use of information technology as a means of business in 2020-2022. As a result of the leadership crisis, it is feared that it can have an impact on the running of the business by analyzing qualitatively that the behavior of an agile leader will have an impact on the use of information technology in their business. For that it can be seen how much a leader is able to adapt or in other words he is able to accept changes quickly and apply them in his business. For this reason, this research is expected to be a reference tool in terms of leadership characteristics in dealing with crises due to the pandemic or post-Covid-19 pandemic.
Pandemi berdampak sangat serius pada sektor perekonomian UMKM, ditandai dengan; pelaporan penurunan penjualan kurang lebih 56%, pelaporan mengenai permasalahan aspek pembiayaan sekitar 22%, pelaporan terkendala distibusi barang 15% dan sekitar 4% melaporkan kesulitan mendapatkan bahan baku mentah. Namun menurut (Utami 2021) pada penelitiannya menyatakan bahwa UMKM yang sudah menggunakan sistem digital atau dengan kata lain sudah dan bisa memanfaatkan marketplace yang tersedia akan mampu bertahan pada era pademi covid-19. Dimulai memberikan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya digital marketing dan branding kepada seluruh UMKM dan memilih alat pemasaran digital yang mudah gunakan serta penulisan copywriting untuk setiap produk. Terjadi peningkatan penggunaan media sosial setelah mendapat pendampingan dari Tim Digital Marketing. Para pelaku UMKM mampu melakukan transisi yang signifikan. Keputusan penggunaan digital marketing tentu dapat mempengaruhi keberadaan produk yang semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat yang tidak hanya di sekitar Kabupaten Bandung saja. Sudah banyak produk UMKM dari Kelurahan Padasuka disebut oleh konsumen dari berbagai daerah di luar daerah atau kabupaten bandung. Contohnya makanan khas seperti Peuyem bisa dikenal ke wilayah lain karena memanfaatkan sarana digital marketing. Kata Kunci: Menciptakan Branding yang Kuat, Digital Marketing, UMKM
Kegiatan pengobatan gratis yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bandung Barat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 November 2022 bertempat di kantor Kecamatan Padalarang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Diikuti oleh orang-orang dengan status pekerjaan buruh harian. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan bekerja sama dengan beberapa pihak terkait yaitu Ikatan Dokter Indonesia, beberapa relawan seperti Tingkat Kemanusiaan Indonesia, PMI, Disdukcapil, BPJS Kesehatan, dan Puskesmas terdekat. Begitu pula dengan instansi pemerintah dan kepolisian. Kegiatan yang termasuk pengobatan gratis ini tidak lepas dari kegiatan pengurusan administrasi dimana sebelumnya pasien telah melakukan pendataan yang akan digunakan sebagai dokumen pendaftaran. Dan akan dikoordinasikan dengan pihak terkait. Namun pada kenyataannya kondisi dan situasi yang terjadi masih banyak terjadi ketidaksesuaian data pada dokumen pasien yang akan berobat. Seperti data kepala keluarga, data pekerjaan, dan data nama ibu kandung. Hal ini sangat menyulitkan BPJS Kesehatan untuk mendata kebenaran informasi yang tidak dapat diperoleh di Disdukcapil. Dan menyebabkan koordinasi antar relawan yang mengantarkan pasien menjadi tidak teratur. Dan pada akhirnya dilakukan tata alur pendaftaran pengobatan gratis mulai dari validasi lembar pendaftaran dan persyaratan pada pihak Lingkaran Kemanusiaan Indonesia dan Gabungan IGD Disdukcapil yang berfungsi untuk dapat memperbaiki kesalahan data yang tidak akurat. Serta loket penerimaan BPJS bagi yang datang tanpa membawa lembar pendaftaran sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Administrasi, Manajemen, Registrasi
Abstract Entering into stock investing activities is an exciting activity for investors in the hope of providing reserves in financial conditions that provide large nominal profits and instant timeframes. However, investors are required to dive deeper into knowledge both fundamentally and technically, regarding stock terms such as free float stocks, where free float shares will reflect the condition of the issuer who sells the shares. In this case using technical analysis to see the free float of stocks from LQ 45, reading history or portfolios of minority shares or remaining shares that can be sold to the regular market or for novice investors by analyzing the movement of stock trends from a stock report, can sort out free float efficient and inefficient stocks, so as to increase the accuracy of novice investors in making the right investment decisions. This type of research uses descriptive research and takes data on company shares listed on the LQ 45 index with 45 listed companies. The results showed that the free float performance of LQ 45 company stock was good based on stock returns and risk.
Business competition in the region especially in West Bandung regency, businessman who cannot stand competition. The purpose of this research is to learn the application of information system management implications for the performance of entrepreneurs MSMEs businessman in West Bandung Regency. Theories used in this research are Management Information Systems theory and Business Performance. This research used quantitative descriptive study and has an explanatory descriptive nature. The data collection methods were a list of questions, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis method used the Categorical Index Variable. The object of research is the population taken randomly from various types of MSMEs in West Bandung Regency and various types of MSME businesses with 150 correspondence. The results from this research through statistical tests are the application of management information systems can improve as well as enhance information systems from higher management information systems that will improve administrative performance in West Bandung Regency and hopefully will improve business.
