The Covid-19 epidemic, which was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, confronted the economies of countries with an unpredictable uncertainty and its impact was felt in all sectors deeply. The aim of this study is to put forward the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the tourism, transportation, and food & beverage sectors for the period of 17.03.2020-29.01.2021 in the Turkey sample. Accordingly, the effect of Turkey's daily deaths and cases caused by Covid-19 on the Borsa Istanbul (BIST) Tourism, Transportation and Food & Beverage Indices was investigated through the RALS Engle and Granger cointegration test. Findings showed that there is a long-term relationship between the BIST Tourism index and the number of cases and deaths, but there is no relationship between BIST Transportation and BIST Food & Beverage Indices and the number of cases and deaths. Finally, it was investigated that the magnitude of the long-term relationship between the BIST Tourism index and the number of cases and deaths by applying the Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares estimator and the negative relationship between the variables was observed in the long run.
