At the time of fierce competition in the market, only a recognizable brand brings profit. Brand creation is a very complex work as it is vital to include all those contact points with the consumer on which impressions are being formed. What attracts the most attention when a brand is mentioned are the logo, color, and emotion which is being released mentioning a brand name. The purpose of the current study is to measure the perception of tourists toward Luxor's Visual Identity. Moreover, it tried to evaluate the quality of the Visual Identity elements of Luxor (logo, slogan, color combination, and font style). These elements are evaluated as a tool to achieve the goal of the visual identity project, which is to promote Luxor as a brand. A quantitative approach that based on a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of tourists who visited Luxor. The findings of this paper illustrated that the logo isn't seen in most of the main streets and suburbs of the Governorate. Furthermore, the slogan is not recognized by most of the sample. Although Luxor's visual identity may present a good impression of Luxor it is not visible enough in Luxor's promotional tools and activities.

The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of perceived quality of Wadi El-Hitan Protected Area's on visitor satisfaction and loyalty. The dimensions of perceived quality, satisfaction and loyalty were measured. The quantitative study depended on a questionnaire distributed to visitors of Wadi El Hitan. A sample of 200 visitors were selected and surveyed through questionnaires. Descriptive statistics were calculated for all dimensions of the research to determine the level of perceived quality after visiting, the level of satisfaction and loyalty for Egyptians and foreigners. Moreover, in SPSS, Pearson correlation was applied to inspect the relationship between perceived quality and visitor satisfaction. On the other hand, it applied to the perceived quality and visitor loyalty to Wadi El-Hitan. Moreover, t-test was calculated to know the differences between the Egyptians and foreigners about the dimensions of the research. The findings revealed that there is a strong correlation between perceived quality and visitor satisfaction and loyalty for Egyptians. Furthermore, there are differences between visitors answers regarding the perceived quality, satisfaction, and loyalty according to their nationality.
Service Quality One Day Trips South Sinai GovernorateQuality of tourism services has a big role in the success of the trip in every destination. One day trips are one of the most important activities in the tourism industry. It is necessary to take care of the services of this such as: Transportation, Tour leader, Food and Beverage, Shopping, Security, fairness of price, and Nature & activities. This research aims to evaluate the service quality of one day trips in South Sinai from tourist's point of view, and tried to determine the problems which face tourists during the trip. To achieve the aims of this study,aquantitativeapproach depended on a questionnaire was directed to a sample of foreign and Egyptian tourists. The questionnaires were distributed among a random sample of tourists in (Sharm el-Sheikh, St. Catherin, and Dahab) 420 questionnaires were distributed, and 20 questionnaires were non valid to analysis. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed, means and standard deviation. The search results there are a good level about services quality of one day trip in Transportation, Tour leader, Security, Faire of price and Nature and activities for foreign and Egyptian tourists. On the other hand, there are some problems that tourists face during a day trip such as: road crashes in South Sinai, the tour leader is the inability to solve some problems appropriately, the lack of variety of meals served during the trip. The ambulance isn't available at the trip site, and the trip time isn't enough for activities.
