Dalam dunia industri khususnya dunia industri p ertanian dalam menghasilkan produk yang akan dijual ke konsumen maka salah satu aspek penting dalam melakukan usaha pertanian khususnya usaha budidaya tanaman padi harus memperhatikan harga pokok. Penentuan harga pokok ini bertujuan untuk mem perkecil kerugian yang dapat terjadi. Untuk mendapatkan harga pokok dari usaha tani beras dilakukan perhitungan hasil produksi tanaman, biaya pemu pan dan obat obatan, pengeluaran biaya pajak, bunga modal, pusutan peralatan, biaya tenaga kerja,biaya angkutan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling dengan pertimbangan daerah penghasil padi terbesar di kecamatan Walantaka. Data diambil dari petani 3 kelurahan yaitu kelurahan Nyapah, Tegal sari dan Lebakwangi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk usaha tani beras sebesar Rp.6.223.500(Nyapah) ,Rp.5.993.500(Tegal Sari), Rp. 5.930.000 (Lebak Wangi). Harga pokok hasil usaha tani beras didapatkan harga Lebakwangi Rp.6.760,00, Tegal sari Rp. 6.117,00 dan Nyapah Rp. 5.331,00 berdasarkan perhitungan biaya eksplisit dan implisit. Untuk harga pokok berdasarkan biaya eksplisit maka didapatkan harga sebesar Rp.4.576 (Nyapah), Tegal Sari sebesar Rp .5.257, Lebakwangi sebesar Rp. 5.813 .
Raw material inventory control is important thing for food companies. The adaptive inventory control is able to adapt to changes in the environment, maintain system performance and stability in the face of various problems in the industry, one of which can be applied to controlling raw material inventories. PT XYZ is a jelly drink industry that has a high level of raw material inventory. In 2016 the investment costs incurred by PT XYZ for carrageenan raw materials ranged from 55-566 million IDR. Costs incurred are quite high and require considerable handling in their maintenance. Therefore, a solution is needed to minimize inventory costs without disturbing the business process. The purpose of this study is to analyse the raw materials inventory PT XYZ for jelly drink product. The analysis is carried out on the main raw material, namely agar (carrageenan) which has three suppliers. The method used is BPMN 1.0 and ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference Systems) which form rules of raw material control rules. This method is an alternative decision making and accommodates flexibility in the form of frame work that accommodates uncertainty of information or data that is less accurate. This study uses four input parameters, namely production demand, raw material arrival, usage and stock. The output obtained is in the form of inventory costs. The results of the study are information regarding the role of each actor who stores important data as a sequence of decision making. The application of ANFIS to design a raw material inventory control system using epoch 50 produces 90 rules of rules with testing errors. The average test for the training dataset is 0,00077412 and the test and examination dataset is 0,0006903. Rules of rules obtained can be applied to control raw material inventories.
This community service activity is a digital marketing training conducted by a lecturer of Food Technology Study Program, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University to the people of Ciborang Village, Kadubeureum Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training and practical knowledge of management knowledge in helping the people of Ciborang Villages represented by MSMEs Karisma Creativa, to improve the marketing of Banten local products with digital marketing strategies. The methods used are survey and direct material delivery, as well as simulations and discussions on digital marketing strategies. The results obtained were that the people of Ciborang Village, especially MSMEs Karisma Creativa member, were very enthusiastic in training and discussions. The results of this training are expected that the people of Ciborang Village, especially MSMEs Karisma Creativa, can optimize the use of the marketplace as a marketing tool to Increase Marketing Channel of Local Banten Product.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen konsumen Gerai Es Teh Indonesia di Kota Serang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, fasilitas fisik dan proses. Semua variable ini adalah sebagai variable independen. Sedangkan variable minat beli,sebagai variable dependen. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dan telah diisi oleh 100 responden. Jumlah responden yang digunakan adalah 30 responden dengan kriteria pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi minuman Es Teh Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, metode pengambilan sampel non probabilitas yang digunakan adalah judgemental sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisa Statistik Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Semua variabel bauran pemasaran secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat beli ulang minuman Es Teh Indonesia dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,066 yang lebih besar dari taraf nyata 0,05. Sedangkan variabel bauran pemasaran yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Gerai Es Teh Indonesia di Kota Serang adalah jenis produk yang ditawarkan yaitu dengan nilai = -0,176
