The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, consumer trust and social media marketing on intention to use online transportation services. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection is executed by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Online Transportation Services. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek Online Transportation Services consumers whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Consumer Trust has no effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services.
Gejugan Village is one of the villages in Probolinggo district on the north coast. Gejugan Village is in the west bordering Klaseman Village and Karangpranti Village, Pajarakan District. Gejugan village has local potential that can be developed from their agricultural produce, namely corn. Corn is an alternative food source that contains many nutrients. But the people here still don't have the knowledge to be able to use it. The Socialization Activity for Making SUJU (Corn Milk) to Prevent Stunting and Utilizing Local Potential is expected to provide more knowledge to the Gejugan community in utilizing existing local potential, especially processing corn into corn milk. Besides having good nutrition, corn milk also has more value in the economy. If it is processed properly and properly, this product can be sold in the market. The socialization of making corn milk was attended by 25 residents of Gejugan Village. Material for making corn milk was given by providing materials and hands-on practice during the event. Participants in the socialization of making corn milk enthusiastically listened to and practiced directly making corn milk during the socialization process. From the results of the socialization, the practiced corn milk resulted in 6 bottles of corn milk measuring 360 ml. This research investigates occupational stress as mediator of relationship between workload, emotional intelligence and performance of teachers in Probolinggo regency. A number of 198 teachers from both public and private secondary school in the regency were randomly selected. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The analysis on the validity of workload, emotional intelligence, occupational stress and performance instrument gives result above 0.139 (rtable). This tells that all instruments are valid while the reliabilities based on the analysis result in Alpha coefficient of 0.6, which is reliable. The results showed that both workload and emotional intelligence significantly influence work stress and teacher performance, and work stress is able to mediate the effect of workload and emotional intelligence on teacher performance.
Performance is the achievement of work results obtained in various ways that are expected in accordance with organizational goals. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance through compensation mediation. The research location is in a government agency in Probolinggo Regency. The sample used was 63 people from government agencies. The mediation analysis model uses the Jamovi application. The results showed that compensation was not able to mediate work discipline on employee performance, but compensation was able to have a direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline can have a direct effect on employee performance so that work discipline has a total positive and significant influence on employee performance after being mediated by compensation. Increasing discipline by paying attention to timeliness of work, increasing work compensation by providing adequate incentives and increasing employee performance by fostering a greater sense of responsibility the goal.
In order for the company to be optimal in marketing its products on the market, it needs a set of marketing equipment in the form of a marketing mix. Kthe concept of marketing mix in the form of product, price, and distribution as well as promotion; is a variable used by entrepreneurs so that consumer satisfaction is met and the needs and desires of consumers are served. (Swastha, 2005). Lingga Mas wants existing customers to be maintained, the marketing mix concept needs to be maximized. The research aims to analyzeinfluence of marketing mix (element) with satisfaction.A sample of 45 people using a population technique or saturated sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data were analyzed by multiple regression.There is a significant effect between Marketing Mix and Customer Satisfaction with Mineral Water Osmo Probolinggo because F count 14,068 > 2.61 (table), and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The effect of product with satisfaction is t = 2.254 > 2.021 (t-table) and sig is 0.030 <0.05, it is concluded that there is a significant/meaningful effect, the effect of price and satisfaction is obtained tcount 4.840 > 2.021 (ttable) with sig. of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant/significant effect. Distribution with satisfaction has a significant/convincing effect because t-count is 2.121 > 2.021 with sig. 0.040 < 0.05. The promotion variable with customer satisfaction has no significant effect because tcount < ttable is 1.023 < 2.021 sig. 0.312 > 0.05.
