The tourism industry contributes a significant portion of the gross national economic product in many countries. Especially, for Vietnam, the tourism industry is now considered as one of the three key economic sectors; focused on investment; constantly developing and making positive contributions to the national economy. Tourism development promotes economic sectors that support development such as transportation; post and Telecommunication; insurance; Financial services; accommodation and food services. The developed tourism industry also brings a large commodity consumption market; thereby promoting rapid growth of gross national economic product. Craft village tourism in Ho Chi Minh City, especially traditional craft villages in suburban rural areas such as Can Gio district, has become a new trend of the world. The article focuses on clarifying tourism activities for a number of rural craft villages and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of tourism activities in Can Gio district, Ho Chi Minh City.
In Vietnam, the socialization of education was officially introduced and implemented from the Government’s Resolution No. 90-CP dated August 21, 1997 on the direction and policy of socializing education and health activities, culture. The socialization of education is a major policy of our Party and State. Initially, certain results have been achieved in mobilizing social resources to meet the increasing needs of all classes of people. In this article, the author focuses on clarifying the status of socialization of education along with clarifying the advantages and limitations in the work of educational socialization in recent years, thereby proposing solutions to improve the socialization of education. It is the process of accumulating knowledge, absorbing human knowledge to create one’s own education. Learning is also the practice of life skills such as communication, behavior, etc. Learning contributes to the growth of each person. In Vietnam, this Directive 11 of the Politburo has been issued, actively performing the tasks assigned by the Government in Decision 281/QD-TTg dated February 20, 2014 of the Prime Minister on the project “Promote the movement of lifelong learning in families, clans and communities until 2020”.
