<p>Located in the middle position of the country, all provinces/cities in the South Central Coast border the sea. With a total coastline length of 1,430 km, accounting for 43.8% of the whole country's coastline (3,260 km), the sea and island tourism in the South Central Coast is now considered a spearhead economic sector, which plays an important role in socio-economic development of this area. In this article, the authors have deeply analyzed the situation and the issues in developing the sea and island tourism in the South Central Coast region from 2010 up to now. Currently, developing the high-quality human resources to meet the socio-economic development requirements of Vietnam in general and Quang Ngai province in particular is a very urgent need, is a very urgent need. This is a both fundamental and long-term issue  in order to realize the strong and happy national aspirations. Located in the central key economic region with Dung Quat economic zone whose core is Dung Quat oil refinery, Quang Ngai is developing day by day. Presently, Dung Quat economic zone together with industrial clusters of the province have been creating a huge value of industrial output, especially heavy industry - an important spearhead industry in the process of industrialization, modernization, creating momentum to promote the development of industry and service in the whole region, and play an important role in creating the driving force for the development of the central region. Due to the specific requirements of industries with modern technology, Quang Ngai is required to have highly qualified and skilled human resources. Being well aware of this, Quang Ngai province has paid great attention to the development of high-quality human resources and initially achieved certain achievements over the past time.

O atual processo de integração econômica internacional tem impactado fortemente percepções, pensamentos e sentimentos dos alunos e se reflete em todos os seus comportamentos de vida, afetando seus ideais revolucionários de maneiras positivas e negativas. Para promover os efeitos positivos trazidos pela integração internacional e limitar os negativos, a educação de ideais revolucionários tornou-se uma necessidade urgente fortalecer a educação moral e de estilo de vida, e promover ideais revolucionários para os alunos. Este artigo é o resultado de um estudo realizado com base em uma pesquisa com 667 alunos da Universidade de Tecnologia e Educação da Cidade de Ho Chi Minh de junho a agosto de 2021. Os resultados refletem plenamente a realidade dos ideais revolucionários da educação para alunos dessa universidade. Com base nisso, os autores propõem soluções para melhorar a eficácia dos ideais revolucionários de educação dos alunos da Universidade no atual contexto de integração internacional.

China is known as a cradle of human civilization. Since ancient times, this place has achieved many brilliant development achievements in all fields of social life, especially philosophy. During the process of formation and development, Chinese philosophy has taken people and human-related issues as the object of study. Theories on people are very rich and diverse in order to clarify the human issues in many different aspects. Chinese philosophic viewpoints on people are widespread, affecting and influencing many other countries in the region, including Vietnam. The article uses the methodology of the materialistic dialectics with principles of comprehensiveness, development, specific history and methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis to clarify the basic contents of the human issue in ancient Chinese philosophy, thereby, drawing its historical significance for the cause of current educational innovation in Vietnam through the development of policies on detecting, fostering, training and employing talents; focusing on moral education, considering moral education as the basic task of all educational processes; promoting the particularly important role of the teacher in the entire educational process; and building a rich and lively system of teaching methods to achieve the highest efficiency in the educational process.
