Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems is a system that is able to produce quality information and has been in accordance with the company's objectives in the use of the SIA.This research was conducted on LPD in Kediri District, with the number of observations as many as 63 samples obtained by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the residual test. Individual Performance Variables have a positive coefficient of 0.458 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means Individual Performance has a positive effect on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. Hypothesis 1 in this study was accepted. The Personal Engineering Capability variable has a positive coefficient of 0.258 with a significance value of 0.045 <0.05, which means that the Personal Engineering Capability has a positive effect on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. Hypothesis 2 in this study was accepted. The moderating variable (KI and PP) has a positive coefficient of 0.037 with a significance value of 0.773> 0.05. This shows that there is no interaction between Individual Performance and Training Education in influencing the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. Hypothesis 3 in this study was rejected. Moderating variables (KTP and PP) had a positive coefficient of 0.085 with a significance value of 0.508> 0.05. This shows that there is no interaction between Personal Engineering Capabilities and Training Education in influencing the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. The hypothesis 4 in this study was rejected. This shows that the higher the individual performance and personal technical abilities, the effectiveness of the accounting information system will also increase. Whereas education and training do not strengthen the positive relationship between individual performance and personal technical ability to the effectiveness of accounting information systems. For SIA to be effective, individual performance and personal technical abilities must be improved so that individuals who have good performance and competency are required to operate the system. and implement accounting information systems effectively.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership structure on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable (case study on manufacturing companies on the IDX for the period 2014-2016). The number of samples taken was 42 manufacturing companies. Data collection is done through non-participant observation. Multiple regression analysis techniques and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the managerial ownership structure had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership structure has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This result supports Signaling theory, that dividend payments are a signal to the market, so dividend payments can increase market appreciation for the company's shares. Then there is an indirect effect of managerial ownership structure on the value of company with dividend policy as an intervening variable. This proves that dividend policy is an intervening variable that connects managerial ownership structure with firm value.
This study aims to investigate the role of digital marketing in strengthening the relationship of product innovation to marketing performance through competitive advantage. The data were obtained using a survey approach to 196 Small Medium Industries (SMI) management respondents throughout Bali. The research hypothesis was tested using structural equation modelling with the help of Smart.PLS 3.0 software. The main finding is that all hypotheses can be tested for truth, that there is a direct influence relationship between product innovation, competitive advantage and digital marketing relationship with SMI marketing performance, then digital marketing is able to strengthen the relationship of product innovation in improving SMI marketing performance in Bali. In order for the relationship to product innovation to be real and stronger in marketing performance, the role of competitive advantage and digital marketing is important.
<p><strong>Abstract</strong>. <em>This community service program is carried out at Bakul Craf, located in Banjar Padang Tegal Tengah Ubud. This program is implemented with the aim of providing knowledge about the use of digital marketing technology. Bakul Craf is a business engaged in the handicraft sector where the process is still manual. The marketing of these handicrafts is still relatively simple, which is only waiting for guests to visit the gallery. For this reason, more productive marketing is needed by utilizing technology, namely digital marketing technology that uses the internet network to improve its products. Providing training and outreach to partners related to the use of digital marketing technology is a method used by the team so that partners have an interest and desire to take advantage of technology. In the first stage, the team provided education related to the importance of using digital technology in marketing handicraft products. The second stage, the team helps partners create accounts in the market place by displaying their craft products. The third stage, the team provides training to partners in operating the menus in the market place. The hope of this activity is that partners can do online marketing and promotion so that their production results can be more widely known and can increase sales which will also have an impact on increasing the revenue of Craf's basket partners.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em> </em></strong><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Bakul Craf yang berlokasi di Banjar Padang Tegal Tengah Ubud. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai manfaat penggunaan teknologi digital marketing. Bakul Craf merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan dimana dalam proses pengerjaanya masih secara manual. Pemasaran hasil kerajinan ini tergolong masih sederhana, yaitu hanya menunggu tamu berkunjung kegaleri. Untuk itu diperlukan pemasaran yang lebih produktif dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yaitu teknologi digital marketing yang memanfaatkan jaringan internet untuk mempromosikan produknya. Memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan terhadap mitra terkait dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital marketing merupakan metode yang tim gunakan agar mitra memiliki minat dan keinginan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi. Pada tahap pertama, tim memberikan edukasi terkait dengan betapa pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital didalam memasarkan produk hasil kerajinan. Tahap kedua tim membantu mitra membuatkan akun di market place dengan menampilkan produk-produk kerajinannya. Tahap ketiga tim memberikan pelatihan terhadap mitra dalam mengoperasikan menu-menu yang ada didalam market place tersebut. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra dapat melakukan pemasaran dan promosi secara online sehingga hasil produksinya dapat dikenal lebih luas sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan yang juga akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan mitra bakul craf.</p><p> </p><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -54px; top: 519px;"> </div>
This study sought to evaluate the effects of knowledge of accounting and perceived of usefulness on the use of Android Based Accounting Applications. The location of this research in Denpasar City. This study takes a quantitative technique combining primary data using questionnaire. The sampling procedure uses the slovin formula such that 100 respondents were acquired. To meet the aims of this study, respondents are particular to SMEs in Denpasar City who utilize an android-based accounting program. Data were examined using multiple linear regression. The results showed that understanding of accounting and perceived usefulness has a substantial effect on the use of android- based accounting applications for SMEs in Denpasar City.
