The use of psychoactive substances has become an important public health problem aggravated by the lack of implementation of public policies, challenging professionals from the most diverse areas. Objective: The research deals with an integrative review that presented the objective of analyzing the influence of crack use on the social scope of pregnant women. Methodology: Data were collected from publications in the database of the Virtual Health Library, BIREME and SciELO, from 2010 to 2017, through the descriptors of pregnant women, social relationships and crack consumption. The search resulted in 23 studies including articles, dissertations, monographs and journals. After establishing inclusion and exclusion criteria, 09articles were selected that were part of the final sample of the research. Results: The influence of the use of crack on the social life of the pregnant woman evidenced the emergence of several negative aspects in their lives, highlighting the emotional relationships between mother and child, family and social relationships. Conclusion: Thus, there is a need for integration in health services, where nurses must be qualified to provide quality care in a more humanized way.c
