Radio resource management present a major research field in new mobile and wirless networks 5G. The opportunistic scheduling algorithms deployed by mobile telecommunications operators allowing them to guarantee efficient radio resources management. In this context, we propose a new opportunistic scheduling algorithm allowing at the same time to ensure a perfect equity between the users, to guarantee a good QoS and to maximize the overall throughput of the system. We evaluate our proposal, which in turn will be compared to reference algorithms known for their efficiency and robustness in terms of scheduling, namely: RR, MaxSNR and PF. We analyze the impact of diffrent group of users based frainess criterion and system throughput and we compare ou new opportunistic scheduler algorithm wich gives the better results than the optimal algorithm proposed in the literature.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
