E-commerce has gained particular importance for the development of small businesses in the past year due to the restrictions imposed due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. The article provides a review of scientific literature in order to generalize the methodology for defining the concept of “electronic commerce”. The main trends in the field of e-commerce in small business are characterized. The data on the development of the e-commerce market are analyzed and the following is emphasized: in the number of purchases from mobile devices has increased; creation and widespread use of social media pages is a key factor in the development of e-commerce by entrepreneurs. The advantages and disadvantages of using electronic commerce by small businesses are systematized. Conclusions are made about the growth in the volume of transactions using Internet technologies, and about the increase in digitalization of small businesses.

В статье подчеркивается необходимость автоматизации бизнес процесса субъектов малого предпринимательства, учитывая риски, которые возможны при сложившейся ситуации, вызванной пандемией. Определены задачи (сокращение затрат по организации учета, организация контроля деятельности субъекта малого предпринимательства, повышение уровня внутренней дисциплины в компании и элементы деятельности предпринимательских структур, подлежащие автоматизации. Приведена краткая характеристика CRM систем для предпринимательских структур, а именно: «Би-трикс24», «Мегаплан», «Простой бизнес», Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Bpm'online sales, AmoCRM, Trello Wrike, Mango Office. Автоматизация бизнес-процессов для СМП необходима и актуальна как одно из основных преимуществ перед конкурентами. Для владельцев малого бизнеса предусмотрены самые доступные и простые CRM, которые не требуют покупки дорогостоящих пакетов и имеют бесплатные Free-версии, рассчитанные на 5-7 сотрудников, чего вполне достаточно. Выбирать сервисы предпринимателям необходимо по специфике и функциональным особенностям. А также следует учитывать и проводить оценку эффективности оптимизации отдельных процессов управления деятельности субъектов малого предпринимательства. Систематизированы случаи, когда она экономически не обоснована: если автоматизация дороже потенциального дохода; небольшое количество клиентов и узкая специфика деятельности; отсутствует возможность обеспечить эффективную автоматизацию бизнес-процессов; планируется реструктуризация бизнеса.

The economic crisis caused by sanctions in the spring of 2022 in Russia, taking into account the consequences of the coronavirus crisis, has a significant negative impact, primarily on small and mediumsized businesses, since they are the least protected and require urgent financial support from the state. The system of state support for small businesses should constantly take into account the strategic direction of changing their activities, which is constantly emphasized by economists in their scientific works. The article summarizes the existing problems of the development of small and medium-sized businesses and anti-crisis measures to support entrepreneurs by the government of the Russian Federation, knowledge of which will allow the owners of small and medium-sized businesses to orient themselves in their application in a timely manner, reduce risks, and maintain the work of companies. Conclusions are drawn about the need for a fundamental change in the relationship and interaction between business and government. It is proposed to systematize the criteria for classifying enterprises as small and mediumsized businesses, taking into account the sectoral nature of the production of goods and the provision of services; review the mechanism of tax administration of small businesses; reduce the high proportion of filling documents and reporting; create favorable credit conditions.
