Good management of charity foundations in Islam, specifically waqf, plays a significant role in achieving sustainable development. However, a substantial proportion of total waqf is still lying dormant across the world. The aim of the study is to obtain a better understanding of the problems related to waqf governance. An exploratory research design which uses depth interview is carried out on the authority which is responsible for the implementation of waqf governance in Kelantan, a state in Malaysia. The findings showed that legislation and inefficient management are among the possible impeding factors for good governance of waqf.

The use of mobile applications has grown rapidly in the world of science and technology. Besides, Internet access capability, this application also has operating system just like a computer but in a smaller, lightweight form that can be carried anywhere. Therefore, this application should be widely used especially as an educational learning medium because it facilitates every business. The purpose of this concept paper paper is to discusses the significance and effect of using mobile applications on poetry and literature in general. The study of mobile application in language and literature involves the used of qulitative approach with exploratory analysis methods to obtain more accurate and scienctyfics results.The results shown that mobile applications will facilitate improvements in language learning and literature. This study explains the concept of Al-Nazafah according to Islamic doctrine and its role in curbing disease outbreaks, especially COVID-19. In addition, this study aims to present an interpretation of Al-Nazafah terminology and guidelines on personal hygiene according to the views of scholars so that it can be made a daily practice by the Muslim community, especially in the prevention of COVID-19 infection. This research uses the qualitative descriptive research method. It is done according to the method of library research, which is referenced through journals, books, the internet, and so on through the study of previous studies and the views of religious doctrines that are authoritative. The findings of this study are about the importance of the Muslim community's concern and understanding of hygiene practices as recommended by religious doctrine and the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH). It is hoped that the results can be used as a guide by the entire Muslim community, especially in Malaysia, at various ages. The care of this practice must be taken seriously in further strengthening the practice of personal hygiene as the duty of every Muslim individual, especially in the containment of COVID-19 disease.
