The article considers a method for remote monitoring of the radiation characteristics of the environment and agricultural land in the area of the nuclear power plant in this paper. A method is proposed for determining radioactive formations in the atmosphere and at the surface of the earth using a radar station. The results of studies of radioactive contamination in the atmosphere and on agricultural lands are presented.
The necessity of research of the fiber-optic communication lines with code division multiplexing is justified. The structural diagrams of transmitters and signal receivers of fiber-optic communication lines with code division multiplexing is presented. The features its design are established. The investigation results are presented.
In a paper the method for remote monitoring of the radiation characteristics of the environment in the area of the nuclear power plant is considered. To solve this problem, the need to use remote methods of environmental monitoring is justified A method is proposed for determining radioactive formations in the atmosphere using a radar station. Using the methodology for determining radioactive formations in the atmosphere by changing the reflection coefficient of an electromagnetic wave from a given formation is justified. Calculation of changes in the reflection coefficient of an electromagnetic wave from a radioactive formation in the atmosphere for different climatic conditions is calculated. The results of studies of radioactive contamination in the atmosphere are presented. The advantages of the method developed by us in comparison with others are noted. The directions of scientific research to expand the functionality of the method developed by us are determined.
Currently, the problem of processing various wastes for their further use, such as, for example, sewage sludge, is of considerable interest. The processing itself takes place by burning the sludge to obtain ash, the use of which may further require its additional cleaning from heavy metals. The proposed approach to assessing the composition of ash using a Fourier-transformed infrared spectrometer, express control devices based on NMR and an X-ray spectrometer allows us to qualitatively assess the composition of ash and make informed decisions about its further use, storage and processing.
The article discusses the main methods of signal processing in a coherent optical transport network based on a photonic integrated circuit to increase the speed and the onset of the terabit era in optical transport networks, cloud and high-performance computing systems. The properties and operational characteristics of the main material platforms of photonic integrated circuits and their future technological units are considered.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
