Preschool inclusion is a practice that provide an environment for the children with special needs and with their typical development peers together and exist in the scope of laws and regulations in Turkey. The benefits of preschool inclusion, which is mentioned in the research area recently, is especially revealed for both the children with special needs and their typical development peers. The aim of this study is to review the studies in Turkey about preschool inclusion and published in peer-reviewed journal by focusing their methods and results. 58 studies about preschool inclusion between 1992-2016 is found by examining the data base. In this basic interpretive qualitative design research, the studies are examined by using document analysis. Findings are discussed within the frame of literature and suggestions are developed.Basic interpretive qualitative design research was used to conduct this study. This research design is a qualitative method that the researcher tries to understand a situation and perspective, or examine the collected data with document analysis in order to present the existing situation (Merriam, 2002). In this study, the articles obtained from the searching results were examined within the scope of the document analysis and tried to put forward the existing situation regarding the studies about the preschool inclusion.Since the first publication about the preschool inclusion belongs to the year 1992, researches about the inclusion students between the months 36-78, and between the years of 1992-2016 were included in this study. Özellikle son yıllarda araştırmalara sıklıkla konu olan okul öncesi kaynaştırmanın, hem gelişimsel yetersizliği olan çocuklar için hem de aynı ortamda bulundukları normal gelişim gösteren akranları için yararları ortaya konulmuştur. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ülkemizde okul öncesi kaynaştırma konusunda yapılan ve hakemli dergilerde yayımlanan çalışmaları, yöntemleri ve sonuçları odağında gözden geçirmektir. 1992-2016 yılları arasında okul öncesi kaynaştırma konusunda yapılan 58 çalışmaya veri tabanları incelenerek ulaşılmıştır. Temel yorumlayıcı nitel desende yürütülen araştırmada, çalışmalar doküman analizi kullanılarak incelenmiştir.
