This article aims to observe students' perceptions of the MB-KM student exchange program, as well as what obstacles and barriers are experienced by students participating in the student exchange program. This research uses a case study method, with a focus on the implementation of an off-campus learning activity program, namely student exchange organized by the Citizenship Education study program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Observations were made on 23 Citizenship Education students in implementing a student exchange program at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in Islamic law courses. Triangulation of data from observations, interviews, and field notes was used to analyze data collected during the implementation of student exchange activities. The findings of this study indicate that students have a favorable opinion of the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia implementation of the student exchange program. The student exchange program is viewed as a means of developing an innovative learning culture through collaboration; however, the obstacles that activities frequently face are unexpected; there are issues with credit transfer, as well as student difficulties with adapting to a new environment and time management.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengamati persepsi mahasiswa terhadap program pertukaran pelajar MB-KM, serta apa saja kendala dan hambatan yang dialami mahasiswa yang mengikuti program pertukaran pelajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus, dengan fokus pelaksanaan program kegiatan belajar di luar kampus yaitu pertukaran pelajar yang diselenggarakan oleh program studi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Pengamatan dilakukan kepada 23 mahasiswa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam melaksanakan program pertukaran pelajar di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia pada mata kuliah hukum Islam. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi data dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan selama proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pertukaran pelajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif mengenai pelaksanaan program pertukaran pelajar di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Program pertukaran pelajar dianggap sebagai pengembangan kultur pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam membangun kerjasama, kendala yang sering dihadapi kegiatan terkesan mendadak, adanya dilema ketika mengambil SKS, serta kesulitan mahasiswa ketika beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru dan manajemen waktu.
Civic skills need to be possessed by students to improve their quality in facing the challenges of the global world. Today's problems, such as unemployment and poverty, occur due to low student civic skills. Civic skills cannot develop if students are not given the opportunity to develop them. Therefore, the government makes a policy to provide opportunities for students to improve their competence as a whole and are ready to work, namely the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka policy. Student exchange activities are one of the programs of the policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of student civic skills in the student exchange program. The method used in this research is a case study, the data collection tools are observation, interviews, and field notes, and the research subjects are 23 Citizenship Education students. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that student exchange activities were able to develop intellectual abilities and student participation. Student exchange program, have a high awareness of communicating and being able to understand new knowledge.
The criminal behavior of sexual violence has a fairly high level of quantity in Indonesia, and not infrequently victims of this type of crime are children of underage. in May 2016, President Joko Widodo has signed a law enforcement regulation (Perppu) number 1 of 2016 on the second change number 23 of 2002 on child protection. In the perppu described, perpetrators of sexual crimes against children, can be threatened with the death penalty. Meanwhile, the use of chemical substances and the installation of electronic detection equipment can also be considered by the judge to provide additional punishment. This study aims to determine the perspective of students faculty of psychology class of 2015 Yarsi University central Jakarta to the application of chemical castration (kebiri) for child sex offenders in Indonesia and its review according to Islam. Research method used descriptive with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The result showed 32 respondents, 18 respondents (56.3%) did not agree and 14 students (43.7%) agreed. Student perspective of the faculty of psychology class of 2015 Yarsi University Central Jakarta does not agree to the application of chemical castration (kebiri) for child sexual violence perpetrators in Indonesia. According to Islam's view, the enactment of chemical curiosity as punishment for perpetrators of sexual violence is forbidden because it includes human torture and bodily harm.
Humans and the environment are two elements that should coexist. All levels of society should own related awareness of maintaining the environment. However, in reality, the river border community's awareness of the importance of preserving the environment is still lacking. One of the triggering factors is the lack of public legal awareness about the environment. the Green Constitution echoes the regulation of human rights to the environment in the state constitution as a commitment to environmental protection and management. The purpose of this activity is to foster an understanding of the legal awareness of the river coast community about the environment, understanding of regulations or alternative environmental policies on the river coast, and the community's ability as a pioneer of environmental law. The research method used in this study is using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by participant observation and focus groups discussion. Data analysis techniques with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The expected outcome is that the residents of the riverbank communities will gain advanced knowledge and understanding of legal awareness to protect the environment through the Green Constitutions program.
