Dalam kontruksi Excavator terdapat terdapat komponen Undercarriage yang berfungsi sebagai sistem steering dan juga rem yang akan menggerakan unit untuk bisa bergerak maju, mundur, ke kiri, dan ke kanan. Pada Undercarriage terdapat komponen Guard Front Idler. Guard Front Idler merupakan sebagai dudukan komponen idler, dan berfungsi juga untuk pelindung idler dari kotoran-kotoran. Guard Front Idler menggunakan material baja SS400. Baja SS400 termasuk baja berkualitas Medium. S45C adalah Baja umum (mild steel) yang dipakai untuk aplikasi struktur/konstruksi umum (general purpose structural steel). Proses pembuatan Guard Front Idler yaitu, Pemilihan material bahan yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan Guard Front Idler yaitu Baja SS400, Mesin Gas Cutting, Mesin Bending, dan Mesin Las. Pada proses pemotongan Mesin Gas Cutting benda kerja di potong. Selanjutnya proses Mesin Bending dimana benda kerja dilakukan penekukan. Selanjutnya proses las benda kerja di las dengan 2 tahap yaitu yang pertama tack welding dan pengelasan penuh/Fillet Weld, kemudian dilakukan Quality Control untuk mengecek apakah produk siap di distribusikan, Produk di kualifikasi menjadi dua jenis yaitu GOOD untuk produk yang telah lulus Quality control dan NOT GOOD untuk produk yang tidak lulus Quality Control.

Displacement pada perhitungan teoritis sebesar 0.5 mm, sedangkan pada perhitungan simulasi sebesar 0.500 mm. Safety of factor pada perhitungan teoritis sebesar 5.343 dan perhitungan simulasi sebesar 330.193.

In this modern era, the industrial world continues to experience rapid development, especially in the manufacturing process, particularly in machining processes. The production process is a way, method, and technique for creating, processing, or adding value to a product or service using available resources such as labor, machinery, materials, and funds. The purpose of this writing is to understand the production process for making Horz Cam Masema AW6035- SR using VCN 150 material. It also involves simulating static tests using Solidworks software to analyze von misses, displacement, and fatigue values. This writing is based on field studies and literature reviews conducted by the author. The simulation results conducted with a torque loading of 16.67 Nm obtained a maximum von misses value of 228,788,416 N/m2 and a displacement value of 0.222 mm. Therefore, the obtained fatigue values include the highest damage percentage of 0.488 and a minimum total life of 204,845 times.
Coffee is a commodity that is currently developing. However, many coffee farmers in remote areas experience problems in increasing their business along with high market demand due to a lack of business support tools. The purpose of this paper is to find out the materials used in designing a wet coffee bean peeler machine. Design the frame of a wet coffee bean peeler machine using Solidwork software. Wet coffee bean peeler analysis. The type of iron to be used in the frame of this wet coffee bean peeler is galvanized angle iron with a size of 22 x 22 x 1.8 mm. The results obtained show that the von misses stress calculated using solidworks has the greatest stress of 69,654 Mpa. For von misses stress by manual calculation, a value of 71.707Mpa is obtained. The results obtained show that the displacement calculated using solidworks has the greatest stress of 0.293 mm. For displacement with manual calculations, a value of 0.163 mm is obtained. The results obtained show that the Factor of Safety value calculated using Solidworks has the greatest stress of 2,928 ul. For the Factor of Safety with manual calculations, a value of 2,830 ul was obtained.
