This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the teacher and the occupational safety and health (OSH) climate on occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of the Vocational High School. This research is an Ex-post Facto research. The population of the research is the XII grade students of Vocational High School 1 Sedayu Special Region of Yogyakarta with a total of 366 students and a sample of 188 students. The number of trials respondents 30 students. The sampling technique uses random sampling and data is taken using a questionnaire instrument. The validity of the questionnaire instruments done by item using analysis Product Moment correlation formula and reliability testing using the Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the role of the teacher in occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 43.30 percent; (2) there is a positive and significant effect between the occupational safety and health climate on increasing occupational safety and health awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 43.40 percent; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the role of teacher and occupational safety and health climate on occupational safety and health increasing awareness in the electrical installation workshop of vocational high school value 50.60 percent. The application of OSH will have an impact on increasing the productivity of the workforce and the company.
PT. Vox Teneo Indonesia (VTI) sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perangkat lunak (Software). Menghendaki peningkatan kinerja HRD dengan menigkatkan layanan kepada HRD terkait pada adminstrasi penggajian. Saat ini, PT Vox Teneo Indonesia masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel guna membantu dalam perhitungan gaji karyawan, sehingga sering kali ditemukan banyak kesulitan antara lain sering terjadi salah input dan salah penghitungan serta kurang tepat dalam penggunaan, karena memakan waktu yang lama dan proses perhitungan. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat proses yang sering dilakukan berulang-ulang dan hasil yang tidak valid karena terintegrasinya data serta proses perhitungan gaji yang masih manual. Analisis yang dilakukan mengenai aplikasi Penggajian karyawan ini dibuat menggunakan flowmap dan object oriented yang memberikan gambaran rancangan mengenai proses yang terdapat dalam aplikasi tersebut Analisis aplikasi yang akan dibangun menggunakan metode analisis secara langsung (wawancara) dan pengamatan langsung. Pada analisis sistem yang sedang berjalan akan dipaparkkan menggunakan flowmap serta dokumen yang digunakan. Pada analisis sistem yang akan dibangun akan dipaparkan tentang analisis kebutuhan aplikasi serta alur pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan flowmap, serta perancangan sistem akan dipaparkan menggunakan pemodelan UML. Implementasi dilakukan sesuai dengan hasil analisis yang dibutuhkan. Pembahasan hasil implementasi berupa screenshoot tampilan aplikasi yang telah dibuat. Pengujian aplikasi berupa validasi login, input data menggunakan jenis pengujian blackbox. Hasil dari studi kasus ini adalah: 1.Telah dirancang aplikasi penggajian karyawan di PT Vox Teneo Indonesia; 2. Aplikasi memberikan fasilitas bagi HRD untuk mengelola data Karyawan, karyawan, jabatan, jenis tunjangan, tunjangan, potongan, dan slip gaji. Dan juga memberikan fasilitas untuk karyawan agar bisa melakukan input absensi tanpa harus login; 3. Aplikasi membantu HRD dalam membuat laporan karena pada aplikasi ini laporan dan slip gaji otomatis bisa muncul; 4. Aplikasi memberikan fasilitas kepada karyawan, untuk dapat melihat slip gaji dan profil. Dan fasilitas kepada HRD untuk bisa melihat slip gaji semua karyawan.
One of the prominent competitions in the national robot series, the Indonesian dancing Robot Contest (KRSTI), assesses the dependability of various dancing robots by having them perform traditional dances from Indonesia. In this study, the authors use fuzzy logic to control the mobility of the dancing robot by determining whether it poses and dances in accordance with the KRI dance zone based on the input produced by the TCS3200 color sensor. In order to create a robot that may move in accordance with its designated zone, the Mamdani fuzzy approach, which employs the IF-ELSE principle, is used for decision-making.
This research is a type of quantitative research that is ex post facto. The variables of this study are the learning environment (X1), study habits (X2) and learning outcomes (Y). The population is class XI Multimedia students, amounting to 38, while the determination of the sample using Krejcie and Morgan tables as many as 36 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive analysis techniques, multiple regression analysis techniques, and partial correlation analysis with categorization using the SPSS program.
