Advances in technology have caused a lot of changes that occur in various human lives, including shopping activities. Through the presence of the internet, shopping activities now no longer need to be done traditionally, but can be carried out by utilizing existing e-commerce. The existence of e-commerce makes various companies need to adjust their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business strategies. This is because there will be many changes that occur in CRM when they are in an e-commerce environment. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with data sources derived from previous studies. The results show that there are changes that occur in CRM when in an e-commerce environment. Then this research also finds out how the characteristics of CRM while in the e-commerce environment.
The government has made various efforts to save MSMEs as a result of the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. These efforts were carried out because of a decline in the economic sector so that if left unchecked, MSMEs could die before the pandemic ended. The research will be carried out using a qualitative approach using secondary data from various previous studies and studies. The results of the study show how other countries saved MSMEs during the pandemic. Then it was also found multiple policies that the Indonesian state has carried out to protect MSMEs from losses. Finally, several strategies, both short-term strategies and long-term strategies, can be used to save MSMEs in Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran penerimaan teknologi internet dan melakukan pengujian model penerimaan teknologi internet dengan pendekatan Technologi Acceptance Model (TAM) dan meneliti hubungan antar variabel di dalamTAM untuk memprediksi penerimaan teknologi internet di lingkungan civitas akademika. Studi dilakukan pada konteks penggunaan internet oleh kalangan civitas akademika PNUP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif survey dan explanatory survey. Survey informasi dari sebagian populasi (sampel responden) dikumpulkan langsung dari tempat kejadian secara empirik, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat sebagian populasi terhadap objek yang diteliti. Objek yang diteliti terdiri dari kemudahan penggunaan internet, manfaat penggunaan internet, kemampuan menggunakan internet, sebagai variabel bebas (independent) dan sikap penggunaan internet, minat berperilaku penggunaan internet serta penggunaan internet aktual sebagai variabel terikat (dependent). Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen, mahasiswa dan staff civitas akademika Jurusan Administrasi Biaga Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 128 orang yang diambil secara simple random sampling berukuran 128 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan terdiri dari analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif pada variabel yang bersifat kualitiatif dilakukan melalui analisis terhadap angket tertutup yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang gambaran kemudahan penggunaan internet (perceive ease of use), manfaat penggunaan internet(perceive usefulness), sikap terhadap penggunaan internet(attitude toward using), perilaku dalam penggunaan internet (behavior intention) dan penggunaan internet actual (actual using). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu Teknik Analisis Model Persamaan Struktural atau lazim dikenal dengan sebutan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1) Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward using internet banking. Pengaruh positif ini memberikan makna bahwa semakin baik persepsi pengguna tentang manfaat (perceived usefulness) yang terbentuk maka semakin yakin pula sikap pengguna yang akan menggunakan internet (attitude toward using) di Kampus Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. 2) Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward using internet. Pengaruh positif ini memberikan makna bahwa semakin baik persepsi pengguna tentang kemudahan (perceived ease of use) yang terbentuk maka semakin yakin pula sikap pengguna yang akan menggunakan internet (attitude toward using) di Kampus Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. 3) Attitude toward using berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavior intention. Pengaruh positif ini memberikan makna bahwa semakin baik sikap dalam memutuskan untuk menggunakan internet (attitude toward using) maka semakin tinggi keinginan pengguna untuk terus menggunakan internet di Kampus Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. 4) Behavior intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual using internet. Pengaruh positif ini memberikan makna bahwa semakin tinggi minat menggunakan internet akan semakin tinggi pula penggunaannya.
The purpose of this study was to examine the elements that influence the providing of remuneration in a business. This study employs a qualitative research methodology in conjunction with a descriptive system. Primary and secondary data are used in this investigation. This study collected data by observation, in-depth interviews, and a review of the literature. This research is being conducted on company X in Makassar, which is in the convection business. The researcher employed purposive random sampling, or the sampling approach, in this study, taking into account the researcher's considerations. Meanwhile, the respondents in this study amounted to 50 employees and interviews were conducted with the head of staff of the Human Resources section, totalling 10 people. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that three factors influence the provision of compensation to employees of company X; the three factors are the experience factor, the promotion factor and the work performance factor.
