Masyarakat merasakan kecemasan selama masa pandemi Covid-19, khususnya seseorang yang tinggal sendiri. Kecemasan yang dirasakan mungkin saja disebabkan oleh dukungan sosial dan tingkat religiusitas yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh dukungan sosial dan religiusitas terhadap kecemasan masyarakat yang tinggal sendiri selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengambilan data (n=151) dengan teknik purposive sampling. Partisipan diperoleh melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Kriteria partisipan yaitu berusia minimal 18 tahun dan tinggal sendiri selama masa pandemi Covid 19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui koesioner yang didistribusikan secara online dalam bentuk google form dan disebarkan melalui beberapa media sosial, yaitu instagram, whatshapp dan facebook. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah adalah skala likert. Ada 3 skala yang digunakan yaitu skala dukungan sosial, skala religiusitas dan skala kecamasan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu multiple regression. Hasil uji multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan religiusitas signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan masyarakat yang tinggal sendiri selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Dukungan sosial dan religiusitas dapat mengatasi kecemasan dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh regulasi emosi dan persepsi dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang mengerjakan skripsi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dengan jumlah 197 partisipan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dan alat ukur yang digunakan, antara lain Emotion Regulation Questionnaire milik Gross, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support milik Zimet dkk., dan Student-life Stress Inventory milik Gadzella yang telah dimodifikasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,028 (p<0,05) dan nilai R Square menunjukkan skor sebesar 0,036 berarti regulasi emosi dan persepsi dukungan sosial menyumbang 3,6% terhadap stres akademik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ditemukan adanya pengaruh negatif yang signifikan secara bersamaan terhadap regulasi emosi dan persepsi dukungan sosial terhadap stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi.
This study aims to see the influence of internal factors (self-regulated learning andmathematics anxiety) and external factors (mathematics teacher social support and peersocial support) on mathematics learning achievement. This study uses a quantitative approachinvolving 169 students in junior high school students using purposive sampling technique. Theresults of the study concluded that there was an effect of self-regulated learning, mathematicsanxiety, mathematics teacher social support, and peer social support simultaneously onmathematics learning achievement by 13.2%. The results of the t test showed that the variablesof self-regulated learning and peer social support partially did not significantly influencemathematics learning achievement, in contrast to mathematics anxiety and mathematicsteacher social support which partially had a significant effect on mathematics learningachievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adamya pengaruh faktor internal (selfregulatedlearning dan kecemasan terhadap matematika) serta faktor eksternal (dukungansosial guru matematika dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya) pada prestasi belajar matematika.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 169 siswa pada siswasekolah menengah pertama dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitianmenyimpulkan ada pengaruh self-regulated learning, kecemasan matematika, dukungan sosialguru matematika, dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajarmatematika sebesar 13.2%. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel self-regulated learning dandukungan sosial teman sebaya secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadapprestasi belajar matematika, berbeda dengan kecemasan matematika dan dukungan sosial gurumatematika yang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.
Competency pedagogic is the ability to manage the learning of participants learners that includes an understanding of the participant students, The design and implementation of learning , evaluation of the results of learning, and the development of the participant students to actualize various potentials that its ( Mulyasa, 2009). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Contextual Teaching and Learning training to improve the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers on Sebatik Island. Mechanical collection of data in the form of tool measuring scale Likert, a matter of knowledge and observation guide. Design research that is used is pretest-posttest one group design with a number of subjects as much as 30 teachers of the school base . This study uses the analysis of the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the analysis of the data shows the value of significance 0.000 <0.05 which means that there are differences in the mean scores of competence pedagogic between the results of the pretest participants of the training contextual teaching and learning with the results of the posttest participant training contextual teaching and learning.
Advanced education system and globalization are attractive towards the students to move a foreign country for achieving higher education. Indonesia is a multicultural and multi-linguistic country where every year hundreds of students coming to get higher education in Masters and PhD in various disciplines of education which are taught in Indonesian language. There are number of students joining Universitas Airlangga for the purpose of higher education on different programs. The current investigation defines the problem of language barrier is causing of stress in regard of academics among international students. There were 70 international students contributed in current study. The study finds 68% of participants suffering with the stress of language barrier in academics for international students. The findings of current study indicated the mainstream of international students experiencing in adopting the language barrier which is becoming the cause of stress for them. This study also suggested to the administrative stack-holders of Universitas Airlangga to pay attention this issue and need to overcome this major problem by organizing some events within the campus with local students. Such recommendations will help to cope this issue among international students by learning in a lenient and practical way.
