This Study aims to find the influence of organizational culture toward work commitment, organizational culture toward performance, and commitment toward performance employe and customer of BMT in regional Jepara. The main problems is how to influence organizational culture toward performance, and commitment toward work performance. The variable in this research are organizational culture (X1) adopt a model by Robbins (1996). The second Variable in Commitment (Y1) adopt a model by Modway, Porter dan Steers (1998), and variable performance (Y2) adopt a model A. A. Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara (2000). Amount of sample are 90 from employee and customer of BMT in regional Jepara. Analysis was performed using the PLS tool. The result of this research are; there are significant influence of organizational culture toward work commitment this proved research influence of organizational culture toward work commitment toward work performance this proved research by Steers (1998), and commitment toward work performance this proved research by Barret, H, and Balloun, J.L. (2005). But not into organizational culture toward work performance, so that did not proved research by William N. Cooke (2000) in BMT of regional Jepara. Number of R-square commitment variable is explained by construct of organizational culuture are 43% the rest by another factors. And then Number R-square performance variable are explained by construct of organizational culture and work commitment a simultanly are 54,4% the rest by another factor. And the commitment variable to this research a intervening variable on correlation between orgazational culture toward work performance. A. The community service aims to empower the pineapple farmers (Ananas comosus L.) in Ngancar and Plosoklaten Districts, Kediri Regency, by improving cultivation technology to produce higher quality fresh fruit and diversifying post-harvest products to add various marketable products. Farmers need for pineapple seeds that have not been met and improper plant cultivation technology were some of problems faced by farmers in this area. In addition, superior varieties developed are still limited, hence choices in improving quality are limited. Farmers limited knowledge on the post-harvest technology in pineapple cultivation has caused the farmers have no other choice but to market their products only in the form of fresh fruit. Part of the plant which is prioritized for production was only the fruit, there has not been any innovation in utilizing other plant parts such as pineapple leaves as raw material for pineapple fiber industry. In this community service, counseling has been successfully conducted on the selection of pineapple seedlings and superior varieties, improvement of pineapple plant maintenance and Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR). Implementation of community service started with socialization and counseling on the selection of pineapple seedlings and superior varieties, improvement of pineapple plant maintenance and PGPR. In addition, practice and assistance were carried out in the characterization and selection of superior varieties of pineapple seedlings. The result obtained is that the partner community is able to apply pineapple plant cultivation technology in an integrated manner. Keywords: Pineapple, extension, seeds, superior varieties. ABSTRAK Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah pemberdayaan kelompok tani Langgeng Mulyo nanas (Ananas comosus L.) di Kecamatan Ngancar dan Plosoklaten, Kabupaten Kediri dengan cara perbaikan teknologi budidaya untuk menghasilkan buah segar yang lebih berkualitas dan diversifikasi produk pasca panen untuk menambah berbagai produk yang bisa dipasarkan. Permasalahan pada Kelompok Tani di Kecamatan Ngancar dan Kecamatan Plosoklaten, Kabupaten Kediri, antara lain adalah kebutuhan bibit nanas yang belum dapat dipenuhi dan teknologi budidaya tanaman nanas yang kurang tepat. Varietas unggul yang dikembangkan masih terbatas sehingga pilihan dalam perbaikan kualitas menjadi terbatas. Keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang teknologi pasca panen pada pelaku budidaya nanas menyebabkan pelaku budidaya tidak mempunyai pilihan lain selain memasarkan produk hanya dalam bentuk buah segar. Bagian tanaman yang diutamakan produksinya hanya pada bagian buah, belum terdapat inovasi memanfaatkan bagian tanaman yang lain seperti daun nanas sebagai bahan baku industri serat nanas. Pada pengabdian ini telah berhasil dilakukan penyuluhan mengenai seleksi bibit nanas dan varietas unggul, perbaikan pemeliharaan tanaman nanas dan Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacter (PGPR). Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan diawali dengan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan tentang seleksi bibit nanas dan varietas unggul, perbaikan pemeliharaan tanaman nanas dan PGPR. Selain itu dilakukan praktek dan pendampingan dalam karakterisasi dan seleksi bibit nanas varietas unggul. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah masyarakat mitra mampu menerapkan teknologi budidaya tanaman nanas secara terpadu. Kata kunci: Nanas, penyuluhan, bibit, varietas unggul.
Purpose: This study aims to analyse the effect of spiritual leadership (SL) and work-life balance (WLB) on innovative behaviour with employee engagement (EE) as a mediating variable in the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) perspective.Design/methodology/approach: Cluster sampling was used to gather a sample of 200 private employees. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analysed using the structural equation model (SEM).Findings: Spiritual leadership has a positive effect on innovative behaviour, WLB has a positive effect on innovative behaviour, SL has a positive effect on EE, WLB has a positive effect on EE, EE has a positive effect on innovative behaviour and EE mediates the effect of SL and WLB on innovative behaviour.Research limitation/implication: It is necessary to apply innovative behaviour from a religious-based TPB perspective so that the intention to work is based on religious values in work interaction relationships.Practical implications: The need of a sincere attitude in the workplace must be socialised to employees so that it becomes a daily attitude and a work guide; leaders become role models (uswah) in straightening intents at work.Originality/value: This study contributes to this research area by developing and examining an integrative conceptual framework of innovative behaviour in religious organisation.

Apa yang harus dilakukan oleh manajemen agar organisasi yang dipimpinnnya mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya dalam gelombang perubahan tersebut? Para anggota dan pimpinan organisasional pada semua jajarannya akan dituntut kerja keras, dibarengi dengan menciptakan metode yang mutakhir, teknologi tinggi yang canggih, prosedur yang ringkas dan jelas, perumusan kebijaksanaan yang transparan dan selalu memberdayakan karyawan (employee empowerment).Format PO masa depan yang bisa survive terhadap perubahan adalah Performing Organizational yang senantiasa menciptakan strategi kecocokan (fit) terhadap gejolak internal dan eksternal.Indonesia dalam menghadapi krisis sekarang perlu mencari solusi terbaik dan menyiapkan untuk menghadapi perdagangan bebas dunia. Untuk jangka pendek Indonesia perlu perubahan transformasi organisasional (yang dilakukan secara radikal) dengan benar agar krisis dapat berlalu. Namun untuk jangka panjang perlu mengkombinasikan perubahan internal dan mengantisipasi perubahan eksternal dengan menerapkan konsep Performing Organizational. Konsep ini dapat dilaksanakan jika memang situasi dan kondisi memungkinkan, sehingga pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah contingency atau situasional.
This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation Supervision Non-Directive Supervisor to improve Pedagodik Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teacher Elementary School in Kudus District. 2) Contribution of Supervision of Non-Directive Supervisor in improving Teacher Competence. This type of research is Qualitative, by using phenomenological approach data obtained through interview, observation, and documentation. Analysis using interactive model according to analysis Miles and Hubermen (1984) that is reduction, display, and withdrawal of conclusion. Data validity is done by extending research time, data triangulation. The results of this study are: 1) the implementation of non directive supervision of supervisor carried out individually by Visitation to the school to listen directly to the problems conveyed by the Teachers and in groups by distributing problem cards to teachers at the Teachers' Working Group on Islamic Religious Education. 2) The supervisor's non-directive contribution made by the supervisor makes teacher of Islamic study in Elementary school have been able to make the teaching administration, able to utilize the media, facilities and technology, able to choose methods and learning strategies right. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Implementasi Supervisi NonDirektif Pengawas untuk meningkatkan Kompetensi pedagodik GuruPendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kudus. 2) Bagaimana Kontribusi Supervisi Non Direktif Pengawas dalam meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan model interaktif menurut analisa Miles and Hubermen (1984) yaitu reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian, dan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pelaksanaan Supervisi non direktif pengawas dilaksanakan secara individual yaitu dengan visitasi ke sekolah untuk mendengarkan secara langsung permasalahan yang disampaikan oleh Guru dan secara kelompok dengan membagikan kartu masalah kepada guru di forum Kelompok Kerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. 2) Kontribusi supervisi nondirektif yang dilakukan pengawas menjadikan guru PAI SD dapat membuat administrasi pembelajaran, mampu memanfaatkan media, sarana dan teknologi, mampu memilih metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat.
