The current study included knowing the effect of Silver-Copper nano mixture Ag-Cu and Silver-Copper/Albendazole hybrid mixture Ag-Cu\Alb., in the kidney tissues of mice infected with hydatid cysts that caused by the parasite Echinococcus granulosus experimentally. After 3 months of infection with one dose per day, then the affected kidneys were dissected and extracted and tissue sections were prepared and stained with eosin and hematoxylin dyes, and this was compared to the animals dosing with the traditional drug of Alb. and with the presence of a positive control (infected without treatment) and negative control (uninfected), The results showed that the traditional drug did not cause any change in the tissue, as well as the concentration of 400 mg / kg of nano mixture, while the concentrations of 800 and 1200 mg / kg of the hybrid mixture had a better effect as the tissue appeared free from vascular congestion, as was the concentration of 1200 mg/kg of the hybrid mixture had a good effect on the tissue, as it did not show vascular congestion compared to the lower concentrations, and when comparing the two mixtures with the control treatments, while the infiltration of inflammatory cells remained....

The frequent and common cause of pneumonia and bronchiolitis is PIV3, whilst the upper respiratory tract illness and croup are frequently caused by PIV1 and PIV2. However, this study aimed to highlight a group of patients with type III influenza virus. 29 sample took from people suffering from upper and lower respiratory diseases as well as 27 conrol sample to assessing the level of a type of cellular motility in their catheter, cimclin cxcl10 by the use of ELISA. The study also showed that there were no significant differences between Male Injury Rate Now as well as an inverse relationship between the level of cimokin cxcl10 and age. Moreovere, this study showed an increase in the level of cimcin cxcl10 in the case of HPIV infection compared with the control group.
Drinking water is one of the necessary and continuous human needs that cannot be dispensed for any reason and must meet the water quality standards in terms of taste and color in addition to the physical, chemical and biological specifications, and this study came to know some characteristics of the quality of public drinking water as well as drinking drinking water RO in some areas In the city of Karbala, physical and chemical quality assessment and comparison of results with Iraqi and international standards. Where some factors were measured, such as pH, turbidity, total soluble solids, hardness, calcium, magnesium, sulfate, and nitrates, and it was observed that all traits conform to Iraqi and international standards. The results also showed that all results of public drinking water were higher than the results of drinking RO water and most of the readings with regard to RO drinking water were much less than the limits permitted internationally and Iraq.
