School students are a group at high risk for an emergency situation, because many possibilities can occur in this group. Teachers are required to have an understanding of early handling of emergencies in schools, both individual cases and disaster emergency conditions that are at risk of mass emergency conditions. It was found that there were 8 health cases in school children consisting of 3 cases of vomiting while studying, 2 cases of fever, 1 person complaining of abdominal pain, 1 person having a nosebleed (Epistaxis), and 1 case of fainting during a ceremony before Covid-19 hit. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of teachers and UKS members on First Aid Emergency Cases at SMP 2 Silaut in the New Normal Era. This research is a type of pre-experimental design research. The design used is "One-shot Case Study". The population in this study were UKS members as many as 25 people. The research sample was carried out by saturated sampling. Data collection instruments used questionnaires, documentation, and observation sheets. The hypothesis test used is the t-test. The results of the study found that the post-test results showed that as many as 21 people (84%) had good knowledge (76%-100%). This is because students have good awareness, interest, and enthusiasm for the material presented.
Currently, solid desiccant air conditioning system (SDACS) is an alternative to utilize solar energy to resolve environmental and energy issues resulting from the use of conventional vapor compression of air conditioning systems. SDACS can maintain the thermal comfort of a room with optimization of solar thermal energy and minimal use of electrical power. Present work in this paper is to design a solid desiccant air conditioning system of a closed room with 18 m3 of total volume. The desiccant wheel is used to dehumidify air in the room, and evaporative cooling will be decreasing the temperature of the air. The result shows the lower temperature can be reached 24°C.
ABSTRACT Background : Documentation of integrated patient progress notes (CPPT) is a communication tool in integrated care carried out by professional care providers (PPA) in providing health services to patients. Incomplete documentation will form an unfavorable framework that will worsen the PPA framework, because documentation is important in relation to the professional practice of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and nutritionists to avoid unexpected events (KTD), medication errors and intervention errors. Aims: This study aims to examine the factors that most influence PPA in the documentation of integrated patient development records (CPPT) in the Inpatient Room of RS X Padang City. Methods: The research design was a non-experimental or analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Which was conducted in May 2018. The population in this study was Professional Care Providers (PPA) consisting of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and nutritionists. The sampling technique of this study was proportional random sampling with a sample size of 57. The data analysis used was Chi Square. Results: the description of the results of this study shows that the research conducted by RS X obtained completeness of CPPT by 4 professional care givers (PPA) still found incomplete filling of CPPT 73.7% Conclusion: It was found that the documentation of integrated patient development records (CPPT) at RS X Padang was incomplete.
