Stevia rebaudiana is a plant of the Asteraceae family that is used as a natural sweetener. Stevia has been shown to be safe for human consumption and has been utilised as a sweetener substitute for diabetic and obese people. In this study, the structure and gene content involved in the synthesis of putative UDP-glycosyltransferase 76G1 (UGT76G1) protein in S. rebaudiana MS007 were analysed using an in-silico method. Homologous search using BlastP revealed the highest percentage of identity, score, and E-value for UDP-glycosyltransferase 76G1-like of Helianthus annuus (ID: XP_021973845.1). The presence of IPR002213 UDP-glucuronosyl/UDP-glucosyltransferase entry, which is available at locations 89bp to 246 bp, was also verified by the protein family search using InterPro. MEGA-X software was used to construct a molecular phylogeny study, revealing that this protein belongs to the Asteraceae family. To predict the primary, secondary, and tertiary protein structures of the putative UGT76G1 protein, the ProtParam, ExPasy, PSIPRED, and Phyre2 programmes were implemented. The putative UGT76G1 protein’s tertiary structure prediction was given a score of 100.0% confidence by the single highest scoring template and a coverage of 98%, with the dimension of the model being (Å) of X: 52.453, Y: 61.270, and Z: 48.102. The UGT76G1 model fulfilled the quality standards and was approved for further analysis after validation performed by PROCHECK, VERIFY3D, and ERRAT. Thus, the findings of this work have contributed to a better knowledge of putative UDP-glycosyltransferase 76G1 features and target recognition processes, which will lead to better information on protein-protein interaction in S. rebaudiana MS007. Since the graphic images of an analogy, metaphor, metaphor, and metaphor, seek to influence the recipient and enable meaning in his mind, it can be said that they are of deliberative dimensions. This research has investigated the maqamat of al-Zamakhshari with a descriptive-analytical method, in order to reveal the features of deliberation, represented by the means of harmony in the science of rhetoric through the process of thinking and interpretation. In other words, the research deals with the Arab linguistic heritage and attempts to relate it to the data of Western theory in accordance with the concept of text's syntax in proportion to it with the maqamat of Zamakhshari. What is noticed in these maqamas is that textual coherence is clearly evidenced. Al-Zamakhshari has employed the means of harmony well, weaving its maqamat coherently, and the text of the text was realized with the emergence of these means. In the analysis of the maqamat, the importance of the recipient's role in analyzing the text and deciphering its elements was highlighted by his perception of the language of the text and its context. The study demonstrated the close relationship between Arab heritage and the text's syntax, and this is what we have seen from the contribution of the science of rhetoric after it, one of the means of text harmony.

This study was conducted in order to explore and identify the use of Strategies and Maxims Combination Pattern (SMCP) by participant of talk show titled "Celik Mata, Reset Minda Orang Yang Tenang" aired by IKIMfm radio and its relation with The Features of Malay Politeness (FMP). The analysis focuses on the host (P), invited guest (TU) and callers (PG) and facebook respondent (FBR) dialogues in the content structure of talk show. Some methods are applied such as text analysis, transcription, encoding and others. The study evolved around two different theories; Brown and Levinson's Politeness Theory (1987) and Grice's Maxims (1975) that produce a SMCP while FMP is a result of merging and modification process of Asmah (2000), Awang (2007) and Tenas (2011) model. The four patterns of combined strategies that contain P1, P2 and P3 as the core patterns and optional patterns have been formed, namely Pattern A, Pattern B, Pattern C and Pattern D. P1 represents the Off Record sans match which was seen as optional, whereas P2 (a Politeness strategy, both positive and negative) was observed to be used as a core pattern. P3 (Off Record strategy) is used as an option in phrases that involved a certain combination that can be deemed as a core pattern. The findings show that all the participants have applied Pattern A second variation to achieve conflict-free situations. It's also shows a significant relation with the variation of features in FMP, namely RPSS+TF+RI and incomplete FMP -involving two FMPs and one FMP.
