ABSTRAKKurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan aman merupakan salah satu penyebab kurangnya partisipasi generasi muda dalam berinvestasi saham. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran generasi muda, terutama generasi Z, terhadap pentingnya investasi yang mudah dan aman. Melalui pengenalan Strategi Investasi Cerdas, peserta diharapkan dapat berinvestasi saham secara cerdas terutama pada pasar modal. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 52 mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Banjarmasin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi saham secara aman sehingga mereka dapat merencanakan dan mengelola keuangan mereka dengan lebih baik. ABSTRACTLack of understanding of the importance of good and safe financial planning and management is one of the reasons for the lack of participation of the younger generation in investing in stocks. Therefore, this seminar was carried out in order to increase the awareness of the younger generation, especially generation Z, on the importance of easy and safe investment. Through the introduction of the Smart Investment Strategy, participants are expected to be able to invest in stocks intelligently, especially in the capital market. This activity was attended by 52 students from various higher education institutions in Banjarmasin. The results of this activity are expected to encourage students to invest in stocks safely so that they can plan and manage their finances better.
Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengedukasi dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada usaha kecil Pengrajin Sasirangan yang ada di Desa Limpasu Kecamatan Limpasu Kabaputen Hulu Sungai Tengah, Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada peserta sehingga memudahkan mereka untuk memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Adapun tujuan umum yang dicapai adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman akan marketing mix yang dapat dikembangkan dan mampu melayani konsumen melalui proses manajemen marketing yang baik. Selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung, pelaku usaha kecil pengrajin sasirangan menunjukkan antusiasmi dalam mengembangkan bisnis kerajian tangan yang telah mereka praktekkan. Selain itu, mereka mendapatkan pemahaman akan proses marketing mix dan bagaimana memuaskan konsumen dengan memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka.
In line with the growing trend of online shopping with all the conveniences offered, the ability to manage finances also needs to be improved so that excessive consumptive behavior does not occur. In addition, the importance of understanding about financial capability is very important for the younger generation, especially students who will later face the world of work which requires them to be able to manage their finances independently and efficiently. Therefore, this educational activity is intended to provide insight for students in planning their financial management. This activity is attended by 80 online participants. This activity does not only focus on the provision of materials but also the practice of financial management. Based on the results of the pre-test, it was found that most of the participants still did not understand the importance of being able to manage their finances. Then, from the post-test results, it was found that after participating in this activity, the participants were able to understand more about financial management. By attending this activity, it is hoped that participants will have a better understanding of financial capability and be able to apply the knowledge they have gained in managing their finances in their daily lives.
This research aimed to analyze the effect of marketing public relations and service quality on corporate image of PT. Delta Abadi Sentosa in Banjarmasin. This research employed explanatory research type. The population of this study was the customers of PT. Delta Abadi Sentosa Banjarmasin. The number of samples was 100 respondents taken by using purposive sampling. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The instrument test was done by using validity and reliability tests. Moreover, multiple linear regression model was employed to analyze the data. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously marketing public relations and service quality affected corporate image. In addition, marketing public relations had a positive and significant influence on the corporate image of PT. Delta Abadi Sentosa Banjarmasin. Moreover, service quality also had a positive and significant influence on corporate image of PT. Delta Abadi Sentosa Banjarmasin.
Terantang Village is located in Barito Kuala Regency, where the women are members of the PKK, which is where they learn to start a home business. Most PKK members are housewives who have just started small businesses such as spinach chips. This training aimed to provide the participants with a business alternative, from determining and designing products that suit their conditions to training on how to produce these products. Fish amplang was offered as an alternative product, considering that the raw material in the form of fish is easy to obtain and does not require special equipment in its manufacture. This activity is carried out by providing material about product design and practicing making fish amplang taught by an amplang business owner. From the activities carried out, the participants gained new skills regarding the design of fish amplang products. In addition, this training is expected to be a provision for them to develop their businesses. Furthermore, from the evaluation results, it is found that the participants are satisfied with the training carried out, especially since they can learn new skills. They also request that similar training be held periodically.
