The purpose of this research to examine the effect of the ratio of ROE, CR, DER, and PER on stock prices. In this study, the census method was used with the research model covering all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector in Indonesia that were listed on the IDX in 2016-2020 period with documentation data collection techniques. Company data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) web. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The result in this study indicate that the profitability ratio (ROE) has an effect and is significant on stock prices, while Liquidity (CR), Solvency (DER), PER (Price Earning Ratio) have no and no significant effect on stock prices.
