Durian (Durio zibethinus) belongs to the family of Bombacaceae family and is a seasonal fruit grown in Southeast Asia (Ho & Bhat, 2015). Durian has a unique taste and odor as well as quite a formidable thorn-covered husk. The peel and seeds are usually thrown as agricultural wastes
