Kampung Genteng Candirejo is a village that is included in the category of tourist villages in Surabaya. Kampung Genteng Candirejo is characterized by its processing of herbal products and environmental-based village management to achieve sustainable tourism management. The development of Kampung Genteng Candirejo as an alternative for tourism involves community participation in the formation of tourism village institutions as well as the existence of herbal product business units that can improve the community's economy. The purpose of this research is to identify the management of Kampung Genteng Candirejo in the perspective of community based tourism as sustainable tourism. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the theory of community based tourism. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that community based tourism has been applied to tourism management in Genteng Candirejo Village, the application of community based tourism is applied in the form of active community participation, the formation of tourism village management agencies, the existence of herbal product processing business activities that improve the community's economy, and village management through an environmentally friendly program.
Melalui program Undercover 112 Covid-19, Pemerintah Kota Surabaya akan melakukan penanganan yang lebih cepat dan tepat untuk menanggapi laporan masyarakat terkait kasus Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Program Undercover 112 Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Undercover 112 Covid-19 belum efektif dikarenakan masih terdapat berbagai macam hambatan atau permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan pada saat pelaksanaan program seperti belum siapnya sumber daya manusia pelaksana program dan kesalahan komunikasi antara masyarakat dan pelaksana serta masih terdapat alat kesehatan yang kurang akurat dalam penanganan pasien Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka pelaksana program dapat melakukan pembekalan kepada sumber daya manusia pelaksana program, sosialisasi penggunaan 112, serta pemantauan terhadap alat kesehatan yang digunakan. Undercover 112 Covid-19 is part of Command Center 112. The Undercover 112 Covid-19 program is a program from the Government that is specifically devoted to services related to Covid-19 case complaints. Through the Undercover 112 Covid-19 program, the Surabaya City Government will carry out faster and more appropriate handling to respond to public reports related to Covid-19 cases. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Covid-19 Undercover 112 Program. This study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Covid-19 Undercover 112 Program had not been effective because there were still various kinds of obstacles or problems that occurred in the field during program implementation such as the unprepared human resources of program implementers and communication errors between the community and implementers and there were still inadequate medical equipment. accurate in handling Covid-19 patients. Based on the results of the research, the program implementers can provide briefing to the human resources of program implementers, socialize the use of 112, and monitor the medical devices used.
