Abstract Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in improving the economy and welfare of the community. The ability to compete and market products is one of the spearheads for business actors to exist and be competitive. There are many factors that influence the success of a business, however how a product can dominate the market is one of the priorities that business actors must do. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, business people can no longer rely on conventional marketing, they must also start marketing their products online. This shift in the marketing model must be carried out immediately by business actors so that their products are able to compete in the global market. In this context, the business actors have been assisted by PLUT KUMKM Tulungagung which have experienced in solving many problems in terms of marketing,. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about the use of social media as a marketing medium and provide skills to MSME owners in increasing sales of their products. The method used in this activity is training and mentoring. The results of the training and mentoring activities besides increasing knowledge are expected that business actors will also be able to use social media as a means of product promotion and marketing so that sales can increase. Abstrak Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kemampuan bersaing dan pemasaran produk menjadi salah satu ujung tombak agar pelaku usaha dapat eksis dan berdaya saing. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu usaha, namun bagaimana suatu produk dapat menguasai pasar menjadi salah satu prioritas yang harus dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha. Pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0 pelaku usaha tidak dapat lagi mengandalkan pemasaran konvensional, mereka juga harus mulai memasarkan produknya secara online. Pergeseran model pemasaran ini harus segera dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha agar produknya mampu bersaing dipasar global. Pelaku usaha binaan PLUT KUMKM Tulungagung banyak mengalami kendala dalam hal pemasaran, pelaku usaha masih mengandalkan pemasaran konvensional dan belum memanfaatkan media social secara maksimal sebagai sarana pemasaran produknya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan media social sebagai media pemasaran dan memberikan ketrampilan kepada pemilik UMKM dalam meningkatkan penjualan produknya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan disamping meningkatkan pengetahuan diharapkan pelaku usaha juga mampu memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran produk sehingga penjualan dapat meningkat.
This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth on tourist visiting decisions in Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung. The variables used are word of mouth and tourist visiting decisions. This research uses quantitative descriptive method verification by simple random sampling. through the distribution of questionnaires with the Differential Semantic scale with simple linear regression analysis. The sample is amounted to 100 respondents who were tourists visiting Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda Bandung. The results showed that the word of mouth variable, the smallest total score found in the dimensions of tracking (supervision) and the largest was at talking part (participation). For tourist visiting decision variables, the largest total score is the dimension of the number of visitors and the smallest, namely the payment method dimension, and the t test shows that there is a positive and significant influence between word of mouth on tourist visiting decision.
Abstract The people of Waung have been blessed with a non –machinery waving skill (Tenun Bukan Mesin/ TBM) which learned from their ancestors. The product is not only seen as a beautiful art but it has also an added economic value. It can contribute to the increase of the family income if the product can meet what the market really needs and well managed. The traditional waving has not developed fast in the coming of modern era because of its limited use, competiveness and conventional marketing. Only the women usually buy it used as a corset. These facts indicate that they have got the productive and the managerial problems. They rarely get any training to produce waving with a new trend and to expand their market using IT. To solve problems there should be productive and managerial training programs to protect them so can be preserved as a meaningful Indonesian heritage and even will elevate people’s income as well. The training aims to equip the people with the skills how to make motif waving as a raw material to produce the various kinds of accessories/souvenirs (wallet, tissue box, wall decoration, pillowcase, bag, pencil case). In the managerial domain, people are importantly enriched with the skills to make financial report and make on-line marketing. The method uses social approach. This means that group of waving community, housewives, unemployed youth, stakeholders get involved during the implementation of the program from planning evaluation. Abstrak Desa Waung Kecamatan Boyolangu Kabupaten Tulungagung memiliki potensi membuat tenun bukan mesin (TBM). Potensi ini adalah berkah karena tenun tidak hanya memiliki nilai ekonomi tetapi bernilai seni. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kedua mitra terkait dengan Sumber Daya Manusia, produksi dan manajemen. Mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagaimana cara membuat tenun bermotif agar ketrampilan menenun tanpa mesin bisa berlanjut menjadi warisan budaya, memiliki nilai seni yang bernilai jual tinggi dan memiliki beraneka ragam manfaat sehingga menjadi sumber tambahan penghasilan masyarakat. Sedangkan masalah aspek manajemen bagaimana cara memasarkan hasil Kerajinan Tenun Bermotif sehingga jangkauan pemasaran lebih luas dengan memaksimalkan IT. Solusi dari permasalahan ini, pertama dengan memproduksi tenun bukan mesin (TBM) bermotif sebagai bahan baku kerajinan tangan tenun seperti dompet, tempat tisu, hiasan dinding, sarung bantal, tas, kotak pensil. Kedua, peningkatan kualitas SDM melalui berbagai kegiatan pelatihan terkait dengan manajemen SDM, produksi, keuangan dan pemasaran berbasis online. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan kelompok pengarajin tenun bukan mesin, ibu-ibu rumah tangga, remaja belum bekerja, pemangku kepentingan, masyarakat terlibat dalam berbagai tahapan kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan sampai evaluasi dalam beberapa tahapan (sosialisasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi).
This application aims to understand computer networks easily by using multimedia applications to unite motion, images, text, and sound with the result that visible more visually and more alive. With this method, it is hoped that students will quicly understand computer network science. The results of the research show that it has been designed and tested on students where this application has an evaluation within and listening to the material as guide, it is hoped that this application can make students easy to learn computer networks.
Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) dapat mengurangi angka kematian bayi baru lahir. Kabupaten Cirebon belum ada data laporan mengenai IMD, namun cakupan ASI Eksklusifnya 40,57%, survey awal 40% bidan yang melakukan IMD, masih jauh dari target 80%, IMD merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Praktek Pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini oleh Bidan Di Puskesmas PONED Kabupaten Cirebon 2014. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bidan di Puskesmas PONED Kabupaten Cirebon berjumlah 533 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang bidan yang diambil secara proportional random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara. Data dianalisis secara statistic menggunakan uji chi square dan uji T Independent.Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan bidan yang melakukan IMD sebesar 72,5%, umur termuda bidan 22 tahun dan tertua 49 tahun, bidan yang berpendidikan D3 sebesar 95%, bidan berpengetahuan baik sebesar 82,5%, lama bidan bekerja yang terbaru 1 tahun dan terlama adalah 28 tahun, berstatus kawin sebesar 66,3%, bersikap positiksklusif Kf sebesar 93,8%, bidan yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan sebesar 96,3% dan bidan yang melakukan supervisi sebesar 42,5%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan umur responden (ρ value = 0,000) , lama bekerja (ρ value =0,000 ) dan supervisi (ρ value = 0,024) ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan praktek pelaksanaan IMD oleh bidan di Puskesmas PONED Kabupaten Cirebon tahun 2014.Kata kunci : Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), Bidan. Cirebon has been no report data on IMD, however coverage 40.57 % exclusive breastfeeding , early survey 40 % of midwives who perform the IMD , still far from the target of 80 % , the IMD is a measure of the success of exclusive breastfeeding . This study aims to determine the Factors Associated with Early Initiation of Breastfeeding Practices Implementation by the midwife at the health center Cirebon 2014. This type of research is quantitative cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all midwives in health centers Cirebon numbered 533 people. The sample in this study amounted to 80 people midwives who were taken by proportional random sampling. Instrument used was a questionnaire , the method of data collection by interview . Data were analyzed statistically using the chi square test and Independent t test .Results of univariate study showed respondents midwife who did the IMD of 72.5 %, a midwife 22 years of age the youngest and oldest 49 years old, educated midwives D3 by 95 % , good knowledge of 82.5 %, the old midwife latest work 1 years and the longest was 28 years, 66.3 % are married by, being positive at 93.8 %, attended training by 96.3 % and midwives supervised by 42.5 %. The results of the bivariate analysis showed age midwife ( ρ value = 0.000 ) , longer working ( ρ value = 0.000 ) and supervision (ρvalue = 0.024 ) there was a significant association with the practice of execution by the midwife at the health center IMD Cirebon 2014.Keywords : Early Initiation of Breastfeeding ( IMD ), Midwives .
