Special decision, especially in terms of career college years are a critical period in which they make important decisions regarding the future careers of young people s. During this period, the decisions taken regarding the future careers of young people vocational, psychological and physical well-being affects the overall quality of life due to social acceptance. The increasingly complex labor market and fear their entry into professional life are concerned that university students and reduce their good future prospects. The most important concern of our country is to settle on a suitable work students approaching graduation. In the rapidly changing environment of the 21st century, new career models of labor flexibility should emphasize adaptability and lifelong learning.The aim of this study was to investigate the positive psychological capital in the context of career adaptability of University Students. Our research on Dumlupınar University of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty of education in business administration from randomly selected sample of 374 students were administered the questionnaire.
Intercultural awareness, the evaluation and the identification of cultural diversity requires the development of appropriate and effective behavior. Intercultural communication between cultures in terms of sensitivity is defined as the ability to develop positive emotions. Cases of intercultural communication, a call for intercultural dialogue beyond the vineyard belonging to different cultures and to address the communication and interaction patterns can be said to have host. People who participated in the communication, knows communication behavior of expression, as long as individuals belonging to a different culture, attitude and behavior will be based on their own cultural norms. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is a relationship between the employees in the hospitality business communication skills and intercultural sensitivity. Research method was used for the survey technique. Located in the universe of the study Edremit Bay Tourism Operations Certificate hotels, hotels certified by the Municipality constitutes enterprises. Way of understanding different cultures and develop intercultural sensitivity is a need to improve communication skills. The aim of this study reveals differences in different cultures and intercultural communication sensitivity How? How to set up a communication bridge between cultures? It is to seek answers to their questions. Things correlation analysis; mental their communication skills, emotional and behavioral dimensions of the intercultural sensitivity interaction of the size of the responsibility to communicate the dimension of responsibility, respect for cultural differences, self-confidence in communication, was found to be positively correlated with caution that size to communicate the enjoyment and communication.
Understanding of marketing, focused on customers, is required to study of understanding the tendency of consumption and the habits of potential customers in businesses better. Factors such as time, family, brand preferences, product diversity, using of internet, advertising, colors, fashion, age, gender, education can be effective in the preferences of consumption and the customers. Economic literacy analyses the revision of different options, identifications the costs and profits, the results of changes in economicsituations in interpretation and resolution of economic problems this provides to bemore consciousconsumer in a sense. In this notice,the relationships betweeneconomicliteracy and consumer preferences will be researched. The sample of this study consists ofthe academics and officials from the University of Dumlupınar reached by questionnaireon the Internet. As a result ofthis research, it was deduced that the employees who are working in economics and management, have ahigh level of economicliteracy, it was also observed that the more the level of educationincreases, the more economicliteracyincreases. Variablesdetermining the choices ofconsumers; there isn't any relationships between the specifications of products,advertising andbrand and the economic literacy. In the analysis of regression; a statistically significant association was observed between the factors of consumer preferencesdetermining theage, marital status, monthly income, degree, the level of education.
