Teachers are a very noble profession, because one of the teachers' tasks is to help the intellectual life of the nation. As teachers in their daily lives to educate the nation, requires the support of equipment that can be used in the teaching and learning process in the field that it has. The necessary support material may be hardware and software that can be used to compile teaching materials of interest to learners. Therefore, teachers should have the skills as educators to leverage the kmputer hardware and software correctly to create interactive educational materials in the digital age, one of the multimedia-based teaching materials using Microsoft software Power point. The purpose of teaching didactic materials for teachers is to provide teachers with skills to use the use of Microsoft Power Point to produce interactive documents that may be more interesting for student learning. Thus, the implementation of community service activities with the title "support for the development of educational materials for primary school Teachers ISAM (SDIT) Salsabila Al Muthi'in multimedia through the use of Microsoft Power Point" offers advantages important for improving teachers' skills in the use of information and computer technologies.
Abstract. CSF, SWOT and TOWS Analysis, Case Study: PT Intan Pariwara Klaten. SWOT analysis identified the opportunity and the external threat as well as the strength and the internal weakness. The TOWS strategy matrix explain four types of the strategy that is the SO strategy (Strengths-Opportunities), the strategy WO (Weakness-Opportunities), the strategy St (Strengths-Threaths) and the WT strategy (Weakness-Threaths). In the CSF analysis (Critical Success Factor) was obtained by results that with the existence web interactive could become a development strategy of the marketing, the use of information technology could help the management of the company and the research of the consumer's wish that it was felt needed to increase the company's profit. The threat that was dealt with by PT Intan Pariwara was depicted by the SWOT analysis, in part: more often sprang up the new publisher, the number of available publishers beforehand, and the buyer had the quite high tasteless strength. Matriks strategi TOWS membantu manajer mengembangklan empat tipe strategi yaitu strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities), strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunities), strategi ST (Strengths-Threaths) dan strategi WT (Weakness-Threaths). Pada analisis CSF (Critical Success Factor) didapatkan hasil bahwa dengan adanya web interaktif dapat menjadi suatu strategi pengembangan pemasaran, penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat membantu manajemen perusahaan dan riset keinginan konsumen yang dirasa perlu untuk meningkatkan profit perusahaan. Ancaman yang dihadapi oleh PT Intan Pariwara digambarkan oleh analisis SWOT, antara lain: semakin banyak bermunculan penerbit baru, banyaknya penerbit yang sudah ada sebelumnya, dan pembeli mempunyai kekuatan tawar yang cukup tinggi. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in today's world is needed by every community, both adults and children. Especially for children, training in the use of information and communication technology devices is needed so that children can use them later. One of them is by training the ability to design artistic articles by utilizing a word processing application, namely Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word is a word processing application that is very popular at this time, with the application can facilitate human work, one of which is in making articles. Community service activities are emphasized in the form of training on how to design artistic articles using Ms.Word software for 5th grade students at SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi'in Yogyakarta. It is expected that the training, students can know more about artistic design techniques by utilizing Microsoft Word and its use so that it can help when doing school work and improve creativity. The results of the service activities carried out provide experience and skills to students at SDIT Salsabilla Al-Muthi'in in designing artistic articles using Microsoft Word. Thus, the implementation of community service activities with the title "Artistic Article Design Training Using Microsoft Word For Class 5 Elementary Schools in SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi'in Yogyakarta" provides significant benefits for improving students' skills in utilizing information technology and computers, especially to make artistic article.
Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha yang berkembang di masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. UMKM tersebut tersebar di banyak daerah, tak terkecuali di Kecamatan Patuk Kabupaten Gunung Kidul dan bergerak di bidang produk dan jasa. Sampai saat ini, pemasaran produk yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Patuk adalah pemasaran konvensional yaitu pemasaran produk melalui relasi di lingkungan pelaku usaha. Sehingga sangat penting untuk dilakukan peningkatan pemasaran produk dengan menggunakan pemasaran online yang berbasis pada media sosial, salah satunya dengan menggunakan Instagram. Penggunaan Instagram sebagai media pemasaran juga membutuhkan adanya pemanfaatan endorse dan hashtag untuk lebih mengoptimalkan pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, UMKM di Kecamatan Patuk memerlukan pelatihan tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai strategi dalam memasarkan, khususnya tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan endorse dan hashtag sehingga diharapkan pemasaran menjadi lebih optimal dan tepat sasaran. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mitra (para pelaku UMKM) dilakukan pendampingan pemanfaatan endorse dan hashtag pada media sosial Instagram sebagai media pemasaran produk oleh pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang merupakan Dosen Program Studi Teknik Informatika Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto. Pendampingan tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Patuk dalam memanfaatkan endorse dan hashtag menggunakan Instagram sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 10% peserta pengabdian belum dapat memanfaatkan Instagram secara optimal dikarenakan peserta tersebut hanya datang pada hari pertama saja, 20% peserta pengabdian sudah dapat memanfaatkan Instagram dengan baik namun belum optimal dalam menggunakan endorse dan hashtag, dan 70% peserta pengabdian sudah sangat optimal menggunakan Instagram dan memanfaatkan endorse dan hashtag.
