The background of this research is that the implementation of the MBKM policy has not been fully implemented, obstacles such as human resources and supporting facilities are not yet ready. So, it is necessary to know what are the factors that influence the successful implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, especially at the Universitas Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using In-Depth Interviews. The results obtained are the factors that influence the success of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, namely the commitment and vision of the university leadership towards the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, the existence of a special unit that is responsible for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, the support and commitment of partners, the same positive mindset from the entire academic community regarding the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, the role of active and optimal supervisors, the role of active, initiative and creative students, the role of other academics regarding the administration of activities, the existence of standard operating procedures references, curriculum conformity planning, ect.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of firm size , profitability and leverage on the disclosure of social responsibility in the mining industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2012. The hypothesis was first put forward in a positive effect of firm size on corporate social responsibility disclosure , the second hypothesis is the positive effect on the profitability of social responsibility disclosure , the third hypothesis is the negative effect of leverage on corporate social responsibility disclosure. Measurement of corporate social responsibility is based on the category of the Global Reporting Index (GRI) is seen in the company's annual financial statements. The sample in this study is that the mining industry is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2012. Sampling using purposive sampling in order to obtain a total sample of 16 mining companies that meet the criteria of the study sample set. Company size is measured by total assets , profitability measured by Return on Assets (ROA) , and leverage is measured using a Debt Equity Ratio (DER). The technique of data analysis done with the classical assumption, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for windows. The results showed that in partial firm size , profitability has positive influence on social responsibility disclosure in the mining industry are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange , while the variable leverage negatively affects social responsibility disclosure in the mining industry are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Dividend policy is a decision whether profits generated by a company will be distributed to shareholders as dividends or made retained earnings.The purpose of this study was to determine the factor that affect the dividend policy in the manufacture company listed in indonesia stock exchange. The population in this study is a 139 mining companies open in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method in order obtain a sample of 23 companies. The analysis techique used is multiple linear regression, analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study profitability proxied by Return On Assets has a positive and significant to Dividen Payout Ratio, Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio negative and no significant to Dividen Payout Ratio, and Firm Size has a positive and significant to Dividend Payout Ratio.

The Independent Learning Program – Independent Campus (MBKM) was launched by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim in 2020 in order to prepare university graduates who are tough in facing change. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung has implemented the MBKM Program, various kinds of problems in its implementation have certainly been experienced and various efforts have also been made so that this program can run well. The study uses the CIPP jenis (context, input, process and product), research data obtained by using a survey with student respondents who have or are currently participating in the program and students who have not participated in the program totaling 441 respondents. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the implementation of MBKM at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung, seen from the perception of students as the main beneficiaries of the program. The results show that the average context dimension is considered very effective, especially from the statement that MBKM activities are very important to face the real world of work, while from the average input dimension it is considered very effective, especially the statement that the study program has facilitated the choice of MBKM activities that can be followed. by students and credit recognition for MBKM activities that are followed is appropriate. So it can be concluded that the MBKM program is appropriate to be implemented in universities to prepare college graduates who are ready to face the world of work, and universities have also facilitated as well as possible.

Menjadi cakupan bisnis yang terbesar, Financial Technology atau Fintech merupakan trend digital yang sangat berkembang masa kini. Dari beberapa jenis fintech, fintech payment merupakan salah satu jenis fintech yang berkembang saat ini dan banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa, khususnya Mahasiswa Universitas Bandar Lampung. Sebagai pengguna fintech payment, mahasiswa memiliki persepsinya. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seperti apa persepsi Mahasiswa Universitas Bandar Lampung sebagai pengguna fintech payment. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sehingga pada penelitian ini tidak mengenal populasi tetapi dalam penelitian ini mengambil tempat (place) penelitian ini adalah Universitas Bandar Lampung dimana pelaku (actors) adalah Mahasiswa aktif Strata Satu (S1) Universitas Bandar Lampung dari aktivitas (activity) penggunaan fintech payment. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner google form-dan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 60 partisipan yang berstatus mahasiswa aktif Strata Satu (S1) Universitas Bandar Lampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini persepsi Mahasiswa Strata Satu (S1) Universitas Bandar Lampung menyatakan lebih dari 50% merasa fintech payment memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan dalam sistem pembayaran karena adanya fintech payment membuat layanan pembayaran menjadi sangat mudah dan cepat. Sehingga hal ini dapat dinilai menimbulkan persepsi yang baik dari Mahasiswa Strata Satu (S1) Universitas Bandar Lampung sebagai pengguna, mahasiswa juga cukup antusias untuk mengenal bahkan menggunakan fintech payment.
