Latar Belakang & Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian bawang putih dan seledri terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas batua Kota Makassar. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonrandomized pre post test without control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi tidak terkontrol yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batua. Sampel sebanyak 50 orang penderita hipertensi yang dibagi atas dua kelompok yaitu kelompok yang diberi bawang putih dan kelompok yang diberi seledri masing-masing sebanyak 25 orang. Data dianalisis melalui uji t berpasangan dan annova. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bawang putih dan seledri berpengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah penderita hipertensi. Persentase penurunan paling tinggi adalah pada kelompok seledri (72%). Perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik pada kedua kelompok terjadi pada pengukuran ketiga dan keempat (p<0,05), sedangkan perbedaan tekanan darah diastolik terdapat pada pengukuran hari pertama sampai keempat. Perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik antara kelompok bawang putih dan kelompok seledri terjadi pada pengukuran hari kedua, ketiga dan keempat (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah diastolik terjadi pada pengukuran hari pertama, kedua dan ketiga.
Depo Medroxyprogesterone Acetate (DMPA) is one of the most commonly used types of injectable contraceptives that have side effects of menstrual disorders. The duration of DMPA contraception is thought to be the cause of secondary amenorrhoea. Research Iswandiyah (2015) showed that most (81.8%) who used the injection for more than 1 year experienced amenorrhoea. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of DMPA contraception against secondary amenorrhea in PMB Wartini Malang. The type of this research is analytic survey with cross sectional design with accidental sampling technique on 30 DMPA acceptors. The satatistic test using chi square test showed that in the old group the use of contraceptive 0-12 months there were 11 respondents who experienced Amenore incidence (36,7%) and in the old group> 12 months, 17 respondents who experienced amenorrhea (56, 7%) with p value = 0.765, indicating no relation between contraceptive use to the occurrence of secondary amenorrhea. Retention of medical record documents is an activity separating active medical record documents with medical record documents inactive by looking at the period of storage medical record documents. Implementation of retention in Kanjuruhan Hospital Malang Regency carried out gradually starting from sorting, moving, and destroying but the processes don’t use Records Retention Schedule, the storage of inactive medical record documents overload and the absence of a special shelf to store the documents and the absence of special officers for carrying out medical record documents retention. The purpose of study was to find out The Retension to Conform Permenkes RI No. 269 Year 2008 and Standards of Accreditation of SNARS in RSUD Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. This research method was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 1 key informant and 2 regular informants. Data collection techniques were interview observation and documentation study. Based on research results in Kanjuruhan Hospital Malang Regency, the process of implementing retention don’t use the Records Retention Schedule to determine the period of storage of medical record documents. The retention process wasn’t accordance with the existing SPO. The process of implementing retention wasn’t in accordance with Permenkes RI No. 269 Year 2008 because there was no special officer carrying out the retention process. The process of implementing retention wasn’t in accordance with Accreditation of SNARS MIRM 10 because there was no special shelf for storing medical record documents and one of the officers still didn’t understand the contents of the accreditation standards.
