Latar belakang: Anemia masih menjadi masalah global, termasuk pada remaja di Indonesia. Salah satu dampak anemia yaitu penurunan imunitas yang mana dapat berpengaruh pada status kesehatan remaja selama masa transisi menuju endemi COVID-19. Tujuan: Melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang anemia dan pemeriksaan hemoglobindeteksi anemia pada remaja di Panti Asuhan Darul Falah Al-Hasyimiyah. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2023 berupa edukasi tentang anemia dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin pada anak-anak dan remaja di Panti Asuhan Darul Falah Al-Hasyimiyah. Tahap pelaksanaan dimulai dengan observasi lapangan, rencana penyusunan program, pelaksanaan dimulai dengan edukasi dan pemeriksaan Hb, dan evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post-test. Hasil: Tahap observasi didapatkan data awal total anak-anak dan remaja berjumlah 36 orang yang sebagian besar masih asing tentang anemia. Tahap edukasi anemia didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan responden yang signifikan. Selanjutnya pada pemeriksaan hemoglobin ditemukan 9 remaja (25%) yang mengalami gejala anemia dan 27 remaja (75%) yang memiliki kadar Hb normal. Kesimpulan: Edukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang anemia secara signifikan. Ada 9 orang remaja (25%) mengalami anemia dan 27 orang remaja (75%) dengan kadar Hb normal. Anemia causes a decrease in immunity, which can affect the health of adolescents during the transition to the COVID-19 endemic. Objective: Conduct health education about anemia and hemoglobin examination to detect anemia in adolescents at the Darul Falah Al-Hasyimiyah Orphanage. Method: The activity was carried out in February 2023 including anemia education and hemoglobin checks for children and adolescents at the Darul Falah Al-Hasyimiyah Orphanage. The activity phase begins with field observations, programming plans, implementation begins with education and Hb-testing, and evaluation namely pre-test and post-test. Result: The observation phase collected preliminary data on the total number of children and adolescents 36, the majority of whom were unfamiliar with anemia. The respondent's knowledge increased significantly during the anemia education stage. Furthermore, the hemoglobin test showed 9 adolescents (25%) who had anemia symptoms and 27 adolescents (75%) who had normal Hb levels.
