Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan situasi pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV di SDI kampung tangnga kabupaten selayar dan faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Perpustkaan sekolah pada umumnya tidak dapat dimanfaatkan oleh siswa secara maksimal karena beberapa factor termasuk kurang exsamplar dan judul-judul referensi yang menaaik dan dibutuhkan siswa masih kurang. Selain itu, pihak wali kelas kurang mengarahkan siswa untuk memanfaatkan perpustakaan tersebut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petugas perpustakaan, guru wali kelas IV dan peserta didik kelas IV SDI kampung tangnga kabupaten selayar tahun pelajaran 2022. Lokasi penelitian di SDI kampung tangga yang terletak di desa Teluk kampe Kecamatan pasimasunggu Kabupaten Selayar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV di SDI kampung tangnga masih lemah, karena fasilitas perpustakaan belum memadai baik dari aspek ketersedian buku-buku pelajaran maupun buku-buku pendukung serta pengelolaanya belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu, yang merupakan aspek penghabatnya adalah aspek pengelolaan dan fasilitas yang belum memadai. Sedangkan aspek pendukungnya adalah semangat siswa itu sendiri.
Innovation in improving the community's economy and preventing Covid-19 is necessary, especially in the traditional market ecosystem. This service aims to increase the economic development of traditional market entities and disseminate information on breaking the chain of the coronavirus. The location of the service is in Pakalu Market, Maros Regency. The implementation method uses the Participation Action Research (PAR) method by referring to Abdul Kadir's coffee shop as a partner. This one-month service resulted in several visitors, i.e. the enthusiasm and market awareness for using masks and washing hands increased along with the presence of flyers and banners with information on Covid-19 prevention at partner stores, where market visitors listened to the socialization provided. Furthermore, partners' coffee sales revenue also increased by 30%, whereas previously, partners did not reduce their income since the pandemic. The evaluation, promotion, and direct promotion of the service team with partners increase the attractiveness of partner shops that are different from other traders so that visitors who initially did not intend to buy coffee change their minds and buy partner merchandise. This service has succeeded in increasing economic shoppers and educating local market residents about the ways to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.
This research aims to analyze planning for competency development of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers; (2) to analyze strategy for developing the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers; (3) to analyze the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers; (4) analyze the barriers and challenges in developing the competence of teachers. The study used primary data through interviews and questionnaires as many as 63 informants as samples based on sample criteria, with details of 3 principal informants, 30 teachers and 30 students as informants. The results of this study indicate that: (1)The planning for developing the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers is a plan that has been structured, programmed and becomes a system in every madrasah, in carrying out the planning for developing the competence of teachers ; (2)The head of madrasah tsanawiyah as a leader in each institution implements various strategies for developing competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers by motivating and involving teachers to participate in various scientific activities such as activating MGMP, KKG, seminars, training and workshops; (3)The competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers is in accordance with National Education standards; (4) SWOT analysis used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing the competence of madrasah tsanawiyah teachers in order to improve the quality of their professionalism individually nor together. This means that the development of teachers Competence is competent in accordance with national education standards in Jeneponto Regency.
This study investigates the change of students' perception of anti-corruption behavior in the religious subject. This qualitative research uses an investigative report learning model and in-depth interview groups that focus on high school students on religion subject. The results showed that the investigative report learning model had broader the perception of high school students' understanding of anti-corruption actions and behavior from before to after the investigation was implemented. Students can identify directly in the field through investigation sheets, such as the home and market environments. Some of the actions that can be identified are reducing the scales, hoarding basic materials, and providing inappropriate materials. Furthermore, the role of religious teachers is also a vast contributor by providing interventions in the form of explaining the relationship between the Qur'an and the story of the Prophet Muhammad to stuff findings considered that considered acts of corruption.
