The world of entrepreneurship is a world that can be entered by women and men to achieve the desired progress. The absolute and foremost requirement for entering the world of entrepreneurship is high self motivation which is very much needed as the initial foundation in starting and running a predetermined business. Achievement motivation of women in rural areas has led to positive changes in attitude, special behavior in the business world and make women in rural areas have various forms of business. These forms of business are in the industrial sector of home industry, livestock, gardening and convection (sewing). These forms of business emerged because they were adapted to the area of residence of these women and saw business resources that could be developed to be more productive. Motivation that is owned by rural women has helped the family economy and their own needs, has made rural women who have their own businesses make the figure of an independent woman, successful and can help contribute to her family and others. To improve the economy and welfare of rural communities, the local government must pay attention to the businesses that women work in rural areas by providing economic capital, knowledge capital and other business links, so that the businesses they work with become more advanced and successful. , because the business built by these women and the role of the government is a socio-economic system that must support one another for economic development.
This study aims to describe how the patron-client social interaction or relationship between the owner and the buffalo caretakers in Gampong Gunong Mata Ie, Aceh Barat Regency. This study uses the patron-client theory of James Scott using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observation techniques, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are a form of interaction or social exchange relationship between patron and client in mawah keubeu: a) material exchange relationship between livestock keepers and livestock owners b) non-material exchange relationships between buffalo breeders and buffalo livestock owners. The patron-client social exchange pattern between buffalo keepers and buffalo owners occurs because of economic inequality. The process of social exchange that occurs in buffalo keepers and buffalo owners is usually very strong and lasts a long time, this is due to the mutual benefit between clients and patrons.
These conflicts arise because people demanded compensation for land area of 16.1 hectares that has been occupied for six months as a substitute homeland of the fishing community in the village of Padang Seurahet due West Aceh District Government states that the land area of 16.1 hectares located in the village of Pasie Pinang is Government land. The purpose of this study to determine the root causes of conflict and ways of conflict resolution sociology, namely Negotiation, Mediation and Conciliation. The theory used is George Simmel conflict theory and Lewis Coser.untuk REMEDY conflict analysis used the concept of conflict resolution negotiation, mediation and conciliation in the paradigm of sociology. Qualitative research methods were used to obtain research data. The research found that, the Government of West Aceh found, can not be compensated on the ground because it does not do grant legally to the public and the public has been getting its due in the relocation of another tsunami, a native lands in the village of Padang Seurahet been replaced by land and houses in the permanent housing aid donors. Conflict settlement initially reached by way of negotiation and conciliation by the Government of West Aceh District, but did not find the solution, so that the final resolution adopted by law (litigation). Peningkatan prevalensi penyakit tidak menular menjadi ancaman yang serius dalam pembangunan, karena mengancam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Puskesmas Sungai Piring salah satu distribusi Posbindu PTM terbanyak dari 28 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Namun skrining kesehatan di Posbindu PTM hanya sebesar 31,1% dari target program tahun 2019. Melalui Posbindu PTM, dapat dilakukan deteksi dini pencegahan faktor risiko PTM sehingga kejadian PTM di masyarakat dapat ditekan. Tujuan diketahuinya tentang kecenderungan input, proces dan output dalam penyelenggaraan Posbindu PTM di wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Piring Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Informan penelitian kepala Puskesmas, lurah, kepala desa, penanggung jawab program, petugas, kader dan pengguna Posbindu. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan telusur dokumen terkait dengan analisis triangulasi sumber data dan metode. Hasil penelitian dari segi input peran petugas sudah optimal, namun peran kader dan pemangku kebijakan belum optimal, kegiatan belum sesuai konsep Posbindu, tidak lanjut pemantauan faktor risiko sudah dilaksanakan petugas dan penahapan Posbindu kriteria Posbindu dasar. Evaluasi penyelenggaraan Posbindu PTM di wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Piring tahun 2019 dilihat dari segi input dan process masih ada kendala. Perlu peningkatan sosialisasi dan dukungan dari lintas sektor terkait untuk peningkatan pemanfaatan Posbindu PTM.
