Increased DHF cases related to environmental sanitation, including the availability of breeding places for Aedes mosquitoes. Mosquito breeding places are formed because of low public awareness in eradicating Aedes mosquito nests. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of knowledge, attitudes, availability of material and tools and sources of information on people's behavior in eradicating mosquito nests (PSN). Cross sectional research design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method approach are used in this study. The urban observation unit is the Kemayoran sub-district, Central Jakarta City and the rural area is the Kresek sub-district, Tangerang Regency. The study was conducted in July 2018-March 2019. The number of respondents in each observation unit location was 100 respondents aged ≥ 17 years. Sampling was collected by incidental sampling. The analysis shows that a) increased knowledge can improve PSN behavior in Kresek (t-value = 4.68), b) respondent's attitude has no effect on PSN behavior both in Kemayoran and Kresek, c) availability of tools can improve PSN behavior in Kemayoran (t-value = 2.31), and d) the source of information has a negative effect on PSN behavior in Kresek (t-value =-3.32).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tumbuh yang berasal dari pakan berbeda yang ditambahkan ampas tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi larva dan survival rate dari pupa. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan 9 ulangan dan masing-masing ditumbuhkan larva sebanyak 100 g (umur 45 hari). Adapun perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah perlakuan A= dedak padi 500 g + ampas tahu 800 g; perlakuan B= jagung giling halus 500 g + ampas tahu 800 g; perlakuan C= pakan komplit 500 g + ampas tahu 800 g. Variabel yang diamati yaitu konsumsi pakan, panjang badan, pertambahan bobot badan (PBB), konversi pakan, dan survival rate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi pakan, panjang badan, pertambahan bobot badan secara statistik berbeda secara nyata (P<0,05) dengan perlakuan C memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. Konversi pakan berbeda secara nyata (P<0,05) dengan perlakuan A memiliki nilai konversi terendah. Survival rate secara statistik berbeda secara nyata (P<0,05) dengan bahwa perlakuan B memiliki nilai tertinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan media pakan komplit + ampas tahu adalah yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan larva. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments 9 replications and each of them grew as many as 100 g (age 45 days). The treatment conducted treatment A (rice bran 500 g + tofu waste 800 g); treatment B (fine corn 500 g + tofu waste 800 g); and treatment C ( complete feed 500 g + tofu waste 800 g). The variables observed were, feed consumption, body length, body weight gain, feed conversion, and survival rate. The results of this study was showed that feed consumption, body length, body weight gain were statistically significantly different (P <0.05) with treatment C had the highest value compared to other treatments. Feed conversion was significantly different (P <0.05) with treatment A had the lowest conversion value. The survival rate was statistically significantly different (P <0.05) with that treatment B had the highest value. The conclusion of this study is that the use of complete feed media + tofu waste is the best for the growth and development of larvae. AbstrakKebutuhan informasi kualitas udara menjadi salah satu hal yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan aktifitas, khususnya di daerah perkotaan yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi.Pengukuran kualitas udara yang dilakukan pada umumnya hanya dilakukan pada satu titik untuk satu kota.Dengan menggunakan teknoogi Wireless Sensor Network (WSN),pemantauan kondisi udara dancuacadi beberapa titik dalam suatu wilayah dapat dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini, dikembangkan purwarupa sistem pemantauan kualitas udara dan cuaca berbasis WSN pada platform Arduino pada dan Raspberry Pi yang dapat diakses melalui web. Setiap node terhubung melalui jaringan mesh berbasis ZigBee menggunakan modul XBee Series-2. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan sistem WSN yang dirancang dapat mengaukuisisi data udara seperti suhu, kelembapan, kadar CO dan CO2, dankondisihujan. Data yang berhasil diakusisi kemudian disimpan ke dalam database pada server, sehingga informasi kualitas udara dan cuaca tersebut dapat ditampilkan di laman web pada perangkat yang terhubung ke server melalui internet. Katakunci:WSN, web, Kualitas Udara. AbstractThe air quality information becomes one of the needed information for doing activities especially in the urban area that has a high mobility. The quality weather measurement has done mostly at one point for one city. Using Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), the monitoring of air and weather condition in a few points area could been done. This research aims to develop the web-based monitoring system of air and weather quality based on WSN on Arduino Platform and Raspberry pi. Each node is connected to mesh based on ZigBee using the Xbee Series-2. The result shows the system can obtain the air data such as weather, humidity, CO and CO2 degree includes the light intensity and the rain condition. Then, The data is stored on the database server. Hence, the quality of air and weather information can be present on the web connected to the server via the the internet.
As humans have different levels of expertise, this differentiation becomes one of the obstacles to the construction of knowledge comprehension by exchanging knowledge. To overcome this problem, we decompose experts' knowledge presentation while aiming to build knowledge comprehension in novice agents using concept maps as a knowledge representation of multiplication problems. The proposed collaborative interaction model is a mediator of communication built by CLARION. This collaborative interaction model may be a solution to overcome the problems which arise when building group collaboration systems for learning purposes.
