Happiness is a concept that refers to the positive emotions that adolescents feel as well as positive activities that have no components of feelings at all. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the quality of friendship and empathy with happiness in students Bima. This research uses quantitative approach with correlational design. The subject of this study amounted to 50 students Bima. The research instrument used Frendship Qualites Scala, A Questionnaire to Assess Affective and Cognitive Emphaty in Children Scala and Happiness Questionaire. Independent variable of friendship quality significantly influence to happiness, after controlling variable of empathy with regression coefficient 0,06. The effect of the empathy variable on the dependent variable.
ABSTRAK Kesepian merupakan salah satu kenyataan hidup yang dialami oleh sebagian remaja. Kesepian ini bisa terjadi dilingkungan sekitar, di sekolah maupun di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian introvert dan kelekatan teman sebaya terhadap kesepian pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan personality introvert, Inventory of Peer Attachment dan Ucla Loneliness Scale. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian regresi ditemukan bahwa kepribadian introvert berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesepian dengan koefisien regresi 0,653. Selanjutnya kelekatan teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesepian dengan koefisien regresi -0,093. Variabel independent kepribadian introvert berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesepian, setelah mengontrol variabel kelekatan teman sebaya dengan koefisien regresi 0,758. Pengaruh variabel kelekatan teman sebaya terhadap variabel dependen kesepian tidak signifikan (p-value >0,05 ; 0,061 > 0,05). Kata Kunci: Kepribadian Introvert, Kelekatan Teman Sebaya, Kesepian. The results of the first regression testing found thatpersonality introverted significant effect on loneliness with regression coefficient 0.653.
