On the cell phone devices, a notification is a deliver information or a short information. Through this notification, cell phone users will easily get information in their cell phone.

Information systems study program portal is a website developed by Bina Darma University that aims to be a media for promotion and academic information system study programs. User satisfaction is the most important thing to be a benchmark for developers of information systems study program portals to improve the quality of their websites so that users are more satisfied and do a lot of searching activities, especially academic activity searches. But so far the information systems study program portal developer does not yet know the shortcomings of the information system study program portal, so analysis is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction. In an effort to achieve User Satisfaction with the portal of the bina darma information system study program which has the si.binadarma.ac.id domain, researchers used the end user satisfaction method (EUCS). The EUCS instrument includes five components: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and schedule. The data in this study were collected with a questionnaire instrument that was distributed to students from the information systems study program. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 24. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to improve the quality of information systems study program portals.   Keywords: website, user satisfaction, EUCS

Twitter is a social media that is currently popular, where the public is free to comment and write anything. It is not uncommon for the public to comment with harsh words and even hate speech. The 2019 presidential election drew many comments, some praised, criticized and insulted. To be able to dig up information and classify a text, sentiment analysis is needed. In this study, sentiment analysis is a process of classifying textual documents into two classes, namely negative and positive sentiment classes. Opinion data were obtained from the Twitter social network in the form of tweets. The data used was 3337 tweets consisting of 80% training data and 20% training data. Training data is data with known sentiment. This study aims to determine whether a tweet is a positive or negative tweet conveyed on Twitter in Indonesian. The classification of tweet data uses the naïve Bayes classifier algorithm. The classification results of the test data show that the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm provides an accuracy value of 71%. The accuracy value for each sentiment is 71% for positive sentiment and 70% for negative sentiment

Prediction is an activity to predict a situation that will occur in the future by passing tests in the past. One way to get sales information in the future is to make sales forecasting. This sales forecast uses the Double Exponential Smoothing method because this method predicts by smoothing or smoothing past data by taking an average of several years to estimate the value of the coming year and this method uses the time series method. The results of this study are the right sales prediction information system, in order to determine the existing inventory of goods in accordance with the demand (demand) so that there is no overstock or lack of inventory in the future

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Universitas Bina Darma Palembang merupakan salah satu kegiatan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang pelaksanaannya dikoordinasi oleh Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. Program ini menampung kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh para dosen dalam bentuk pendidikan dan pelatihan masyarakat, pelayanan masyarakat, serta kaji tindak dari iptek yang dihasilkan oleh para dosen. Tujuan program adalah menerapkan hasil-hasil iptek untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat serta dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari kelompok masyarakat sasaran. Sistem pengolahan data terkomputerisasi memiliki banyak keunggulan dibandingkan penyimpanan dengan menggunakan dokumen seperti kertas. Keunggulan tersebut antara lain: sistem penyimpanan komputer dapat menyimpan data-data dalam jumlah yang sangat besar serta hanya membutuhkan ruangan yang kecil. Untuk itu dibutuhkanlah sebuah sistem komputerisasi yang dapat menyimpan data dalam jumlah yang besar yang disebut dengan database/basis data. Ms. Access adalah sebuah program aplikasi basis data komputer relasional yang ditujukan untuk kalangan rumahan dan perusahaan kecil hingga menengah, dan juga menggunakan tampilan grafis yang intuitif sehingga memudahkan penggunanya. Sasaran dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, adalah berbagi pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai pengolahan database menggunakan Microsoft Access kepada Siswa SMK Bina Jaya Palembang yang merupakan salah satu sekolah yang berada di kota Palembang.
