Regional-based development of the marine and fisheries sector has undergone a change in its way of thinking from mainland-oriented to marine-oriented with the concept of sustainable development. In the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of South Sulawesi Province 2009 until 2029, the southern Regional Development Unit (SWP) covers Jeneponto regency, Bantaeng regency, Bulukumba regency and Selayar Islands regency, which have very potential marine and fisheries sector. This research aims to determine the potential of the marine and fisheries sector in the southern SWP of South Sulawesi Province, to determine the hierarchy of development centers of marine and fisheries sector in the region, and to understand the regional-based development strategies of marine and fisheries sector. The methods used are quantitative analysis utilizing Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share, Scalogram, and Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) methods. Results of the analysis shows that leading sector in Jeneponto regency is fishponds, in Bantaeng regency is sea cultivation, in Bulukumba Regency are sea cultivation, fishponds and ricefields, mean while in Selayar Islands regency is capture fishery. As for development centers of the marine and fisheries sector, in Bulukumba regency is classified as hierarchy 1, Bantaeng regency as hierarchy 2, Selayar Island regency as hierarchy 3, and Jeneponto regency as hierarchy 4. Development strategy of marine and fisheries sector at the southern SWP South Sulawesi Province is based on the region and local economy.
<p>Bencana kekeringan merupakan bencana yang terjadi ketika ketersediaan air tanah tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan air bersih penduduk. Selama beberapa bulan terakhir di tahun 2017, Bendungan Sungai Lekopancing Kabupaten Maros mengalami kekeringan. Dampak dari keringnya Bendungan Sungai Lekopancing ini, suplai air bersih untuk Kota Makassar di wilayah utara dan timur menjadi terhambat. Sungai Lekopancing merupakan bagian dari Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros Kabupaten Maros. Terjadinya kekeringan di Sungai Lekopancing ini mengindikasikan bahwa Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros mengalami kritis. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan upaya mitigasi bencana kekeringan di Kawasan Daerah Aliran Sungan Maros untuk mengatasi permasalahan kekeringan di wilayah ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) Menganalisis tingkat bahaya bencana kekeringan di Kawasan Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros; (2) Menganalisis tingkat kerentanan bencana kekeringan di Kawasan Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros; dan (3) Menganalisis tingkat risiko bencana kekeringan di Kawasan Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros; dan (4) Mendeskripsikan bentuk mitigasi bencana kekeringan di Kawasan Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengolahan data citra dan survei lapangan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa peta tingkat bahaya bencana kekeringan, peta tingkat kerentanan bencana kekeringan, peta tingkat risiko bencana kekeringan, dan strategi bentuk mitigasi bencana kekeringan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Maros.</p><p class="MainHeading">Kata Kunci : mitigasi bencana, kekeringan, Daerah Aliran Sungai, ketersediaan air tanah</p>
Kabupaten Bulukumba merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berada di jalur sesar walanae. Sesar Walanae merupakan sesar aktif yang dapat menimbulkan potensi tsunami di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Prediksi luas area inundasi tsunami di Kabupaten Bulukumba 13,617 km2. Pada penelitian ini, kajian risiko tsunami lebih difokuskan di area Kawasan Perkotaan Bulukumba atas dasar pertimbangan kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi di area perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (a) menganalisis tingkat risiko tsunami di Kabupaten Bulukumba; dan (b) mendeskripsikan arahan pengelolaan pesisir berbasis pengurangan risiko tsunami di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis risiko yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, Kawasan Perkotaan Bulukumba memiliki tingkat risiko tsunami yang sedang dengan luas area 147,34 Ha dan persentase 59,33%. Bentuk pengelolaan pesisir berbasis pengurangan risiko tsunami yang dapat diterapkan di Kawasan Perkotaan Bulukumba dapat berupa peringatan dini, mitigasi, dan kesiap-siagaan.
Abstract-This research was conducted in RammangRammang Maros, South Sulawesi Province. RammangRammang located in Barrier Mountains Limestone (karst) Maros-Pangkep, precisely located in the village of the District Salenrang Bontoa, Maros. This attraction in the form of natural attractions and travel prehistoric prehistoric relics such as storing two caves which are prehistoric paintings / kepurbakala on cave walls. Attractions Karst Rammang-Rammang has a charming appeal and has a lot of tourists who come to visit this place but the object is not yet fully managed by the local government. In the management of tourism we need the concept of sustainable tourism. Sustainable tourism is tourism development that can be supported ecologically well as economically viable, as well as ethically and socially equitable for society. This particular study, then the direction of development of tourism in Rammang spatially-Rammang based on the judgment tourist attraction, power tamping space, and landscape of the area.This research resulted in the analysis that RammangRammang Region to be developed as a tourist area nature because it has feasibility level of 80.37%. The level of capacity in the tourist areas visitors Rammang-Rammang is 9899 people per day, while the maximum capacity is 18 468 people. Based on the value of a tourist attraction and accommodation space, the landscape of the development direction of travel is divided into three zones namely reception zones, tourist zones, and zones of service.
