The authors of the article hypothesize the positive impact of the global digitalization of business on the development of adaptive management of the company in a changing business environment. Based on a thorough analysis of recent publications on the subject of adaptive strategic management, it was found that under the conditions of digitalization of business relationships, indicative tools and flexible methods of management decisions are activated. The purpose of the article is to develop conceptual and applied foundations of adaptive strategic management in the context of digital transformation of business. To implement this goal, the authors justified the principles and approach of adaptive strategic management in the digitalization of business, systematized the actual methods of diagnostics of prerequisites for the implementation of the strategy, the choice and implementation of its optimal variant, defined the tools of adaptive management. Methodological basis of research are system-structural and dialectical methods to substantiate the essence of the processes of digitalization of the business environment and determine their impact on strategic decision-making; modeling to develop a mechanism for implementing adaptive strategies of companies; method of algorithmization, integrated approach and system analysis to develop a mechanism as a complete system and determine the sequence of its action. Scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of adaptive management mechanism of strategy implementation in an activated digital environment, promoting the spread of situational approach in management, updating of indicative tools, more flexible methodologies for management decisions. The mechanism of realization of the adaptive strategy assumes functioning of three subsystems: diagnostics of preconditions of realization of strategy, selection of an optimum variant of strategy and introduction of the strategic scenario. The authors have developed tools for subsystems, proposed methods to achieve the objectives, disclosed the functions in the overall mechanism. At the input to the mechanism are the interests of the client, determining the positioning of the company in the foreign and domestic market. As a result of the mechanism, the company adapts to the changing external environment, providing a stable competitive market position and operational action of all structural units, adequately and quickly responding to market conditions and changes. The authors also investigated the applied aspects of the mechanism's action, and listed its functions and tasks in the digital environment, as well as the resources for its functioning. The authors consider the complexity of counteracting the high risks of digitalization of business to be significant limitations of the mechanism, which determines new directions for further research and opportunities for improvement of the mechanism. The authors consider the risk management of adaptive strategies, the dissemination of indicative methods for diagnosing the digital environment, and the development of strategic adaptive management models to be promising directions for scientific developments in this area. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using its results in the practice of management of modern companies in order to ensure sound management decisions and strategic development in the context of global digitalization of business.
Мета роботи – обґрунтувати вплив проектного підходу на створення позитивного іміджу регіону. Результати дослідження. Висунуто гіпотезу про позитивний вплив проектного підходу на формування іміджу території. Доведено, що регіони, в яких спостерігається активне впровадження проектів розвитку території, є більш привабливими як для інвесторів, так і для туристів. Розроблено алгоритм створення іміджу території з позиції проектного підходу на основі моделі бізнес-інжинірингу, який передбачає діагностичний, проектний, контрольний етапи. Кожний етап розкрито в стадіях та конкретних роботах. Доведено необхідність застосування клієнтоорієнтованих технологій у розробці іміджу території: проект повинен спиратися на очікування населення, влади, інвесторів, гостей регіону від тих можливостей, що надає територія. Показано, як розкриваються функції менеджменту іміджу завдяки проектному підходу. Практичне значення дослідження. Результати дослідження можуть бути цікавими для практиків державного менеджменту в Україні, оскільки комплексної концепції іміджмейкінгу територій не має жодний регіон цієї держави. Оригінальність/цінність/наукова новизна дослідження. Вперше запропоновано адаптувати практику проектного підходу в розробці іміджу економічних регіонів України. Перспективи подальших досліджень. У подальшому доцільно дослідити можливості управління проектними ризиками при створенні іміджу регіону, комунікативні технології взаємодії влади, бізнесу і населення для просування регіонального бренду, систематизувати світовий досвід регіональних проектів іміджмейкинга. The relevance of the issue, related to building an information infrastructure of technology transfer, is predetermined by the transformation of information into the most important resource of technological cooperation. At the same time, its effective functioning requires investment support on a regular basis. This paper addresses the establishment of regularities in the process of investing in the development of the information infrastructure of technology transfer and determining the rational volumes of these investments. This study was carried out in the context of the regional market, which is due to the territorial specificity of market processes, the peculiarity of information interaction among economic agents in a separate market. The study results have identified the following patterns: the lower the transaction costs of technology transfer participants, the more productive the functioning of the information infrastructure; the more active the cooperation between the participants of technology transfer, the more investment revenues in the development of this infrastructure. Taking into consideration these patterns, a simulation model of the process of investing in the development of the information infrastructure of technology transfer has been built. The proposed model was tested using an example of the real estate market in the Prydniprovskyi economic region of Ukraine. As a result of the simulation experiment, the optimal level of costs for the development of the information infrastructure for technology transfer has been established. It makes up 20 % of all available investment funds in this market. The proposed model could be adapted for other regional markets. The results of this study could be useful for the system of state and regional management since they substantiate the directions of innovation policy formation and promote the development of technology transfer under the conditions of certain territorial systems
The financial condition of many agricultural organizations does not allow financing investments at the expense of funds; therefore, there is a need for investments, borrowed sources of investment financing are too expensive. Therefore, the issue of improving investment management in agribusiness is incredibly urgent. To develop proposals, the authors analyzed theoretical studies in this area, as well as the state of agribusiness in Ukraine and investment trends. Based on the study, the authors proposed a mechanism for improving investment management in agribusiness, the distinctive features of which are the cooperation of internal and external sources, as well as risk management due to the specifics of the industry. Using a practical example, the authors showed an example of risk management in agriculture, which confirmed that taking risks into account leads to the more correct and effective planning of investment activities.
The article is devoted to the study of the main current trends of green investment, as well as to substantiate the prospects for development in the context of the globalization of the "green" movement. It was revealed that the key global trends are the creation and successful operation of specialized sectors of "green" bonds on world exchanges and their labeling to attract non-global investors to the market. The article identifies the main sectors for the use of "green" bonds, namely renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, pollution prevention, clean transport, water resources and wastewater management, adaptation to climate change. The author argues that the promotion of "green" projects and the development of responsible investment markets are the most important factors in the world economy, so the implementation of environmental reforms at the state level should be associated with the development of "green" financing instruments. The article identifies global drivers that necessitate the formation of an adequate institutional environment for the current realities for the development of "green" funding; systematizes the world experience of "green" investment and identifies effective tools for financing "green" projects. The author notes that it is important to overcome political, methodological, regulatory and economic contradictions in the formation of common rules of "green" development between developed and developing countries. It is determined that further development of "green" financing is impossible without systematic, planned and coordinated institutional design of a multilevel system of different financial instruments, taking into account the characteristics of different types of investors, their incentives to implement "green" projects and potential implementation effects. The standardization of approaches and methodological principles that allow to evaluate the effectiveness of environmental projects, the development of practical goals in the field of a wide range of "green" financial products are identified as promising areas of further research.
