The article presents the results of the usage efficiency of broilers of non-conventional raw materials of vegetable dry beet pulp, which has a positive impact on the physiological characteristics of poultry and quality indicators of meat. The research was carried out at the premises of the educational and scientific poultry farm of Belgorod State Agricultural University. For the experiment, 140 daily chickens were selected and four groups (peer groups) were formed: one control group and 3 experimental groups of 35 heads each. Duration of the scientific and economic experiment -41 days. The control group received the basic diet (BD). Chickens of all the experimental groups received the basic diet from 1 to 20 days. In 21-41 days, chickens of the 1st experimental group were fed 98% BD and 2% of the dry pulp, 2nd group -96% BD and 4% of dry pulp, while 3d experimental group -95% BD and 5% of dry pulp. As a result of the research, it was found that the use of dry beet pulp (replacement of 4% BD) in the diets of broiler chickens has a positive impact on their productivity and the quality of meat products. When it is included in the diet, the feed costs per unit of output are reduced. By replacing the basic diet with dry pulp, the authors significantly reduce the cost of feed, which leads to an increase in profitability by 4.7%.
The results of studies of the effect of the microcapsulated probiotic lactobifadol on productive and interior indicators in pigs are presented. It is shown that the microcapsulated preparation obtained by the original technology has a pronounced stimulating effect on metabolism. After its application, pigs had higher average daily body weight gains (583,0±8.8-600,0±9,5 g) compared with animals receiving non-encapsulated lactobifadol (507,0±10,1-533,0±11,0 g) and control (463,0±9,2-483,0±8,5 g). The blood contained significantly (p<0.05) more red blood cells and hemoglobin. At the same time, the content of leukocytes was within the physiological boundaries. The encapsulated lactobifadol had a positive effect on the biochemical status. Pigs receiving the drug on the 30th day of the experiment had significantly more (p<0,05-0,01) total protein (75,7±2,3 g/l), total calcium (3,10±0,19 mmol/L), glucose (3,42±0,10 mmol/L), vitamins A (0,55±0,04 mg/l) and C (3,93 ± 0,18 mmol/l) compared with control group animals (6,83±2,0 g/l; 2,60±0,15 mmol/l; 2,72±0,15 mmol/l; 0,28±mg/l; 2,9±0,17 mmol/l). At the same time, the content of inorganic phosphorus (1.65±0.18 mmol/l) and total lipids (4,48±0,21 g/l) was at a lower level than in animals not receiving probiotic preparation (1,85±0,16 mmol/l; 4,67±0,18 g/l). The developed microcapsulate-dlactobifadol is recommended for use in pig breeding practice.
Purpose: the goal is to study the condition and functional reserves of adrenal cortex in cows with different levels of dairy productivity and their breed accessories.Materials and methods. In the first experience, the object of the study was cows of a holstered black-motley breed with a high and relatively low level of milk productivity (n = 10 in each group). The second experience was carried out on four breeds of lactating cows: Holsteinated black-made, red-made, Montbeliard and Jersey (n = 10 in each group). The blood of animals were taken from the tail vein 1 time per month during lactation to morning feeding. In both experiments, in the third month of lactation, all animals were performed by a two-time functional load of ACTH (dose – 0,5 units / kg of alive mass intramuscularly). After one hour, blood selection was performed and re-injected by adrenocorticotropic hormone in the same dose. After the second introduction, the ACTH was selected through 1.2 and 3 hours. The calculation of the index of the functional activity of the adrenal cortex was carried out according to the JACN = K2 / K1 formula where K1 is the level of cortisol 1 hour after the first load, K2 is the level of cortisol after the second load of the ACTH.Results. In the 1st experience of the highest values, the level of cortisol reached a 3 month lactation. In a highly productive group, the level of cortisol was 86,1 ± 5,3 nmol / l, and in the low product group 74,5 ± 5,7 nmol / l. At 8 months, the lowest cortisol concentration levels are fixed, followed by an increase of 10 months. Differences between groups on 2, 3 and 4 months of lactation are noted as statistically significant (p<0,05). After the load of the ACTH, an index of the functional activity of the adrenal cortex (JACN) was established - in the first high productive group, it was 1.42, and in the second less productive group it was lower and amounted to 1,04.In the 2nd experience at the peak of lactation, which also corresponded to 3 months, the level of cortisol concentration increased from a holstered black-motley breed, Mont Belärd, Red-motley and Jersey to 79,3 ± 5,5; 70,2 ± 3,7; 80,3 ± 3,2; 80,5 ± 3,6 nmol / l, respectively. For 8 months of lactation, this figure decreased with the subsequent increase of the 10th month. After establishing Jacnes in a holstered black-motley breed, Montbeliard, red-motley and jersey recorded the following indicators: 1,21; 1,24; 1,18 and 0,89, respectively.Conclusion. The studies have indicated that in all periods of lactation relative to the high level of cortisol recorded in cows with a higher level of milk productivity. When comparing different rocks, it was established that the limit of the functioning of the adrenal glands in the cows of the Jersey breed was implemented after the first functional load of the ACTH, which gives reason to consider it less stress-resistant with respect to rocks a holstered black and motley, red-motley and monobeldam.
Purpose: development of a new way to obtain a drug of natural genital pheromones of boar, and its approbation in production conditions.Materials and methods. A method of manufacturing a drug of natural genital phargs, including grinding of testicles, obtained from half-arms, incubated homogenizates at a temperature of 37-39 ° C for 50-60 min, adding inkubat urine of semi-cream boars and distillation of the mixture in the rotary evaporator R-213B to the urine incubate. The finished preparation was a transparent liquid of a yellowish shade with a specific smell. Checking the drug on pigs showed its harmlessness, clinical parameters and general hematological indicators in animals after treatment with the drug were within physiological boundaries.Results. In the scientific and production experiment, it was established that after stimulation of 5-month-old impaired repair pigs with a preparation in a dose of 0.5 ml / goal twice a day, sexual ripening has occurred at a 178-day age, which was 6 days before compared to Pilts stimulated by a synthetic analogue of the Formon Sidor (Germany's production) and 14 days earlier than in the pigs of the control group. It was found that pigs treated with the preparation made for 20 days of experiment in the blood contained more estradiol-17β (81.3 ± 4.0 pmol / l) and progesterone (37.7 ± 2.5 nmol / l) than Sidor stimulated pigs (75.7 ± 3.5 pmol / l; 31.1 ± 2.0 nmol / l) and in control animals (64.4 ±, 1 pmol / l; 28.1 ± 2.0 mol / l). The drug has a positive impact on the development of ovaries. In the pigs after stimulation in the 8-month-old age, the mass indicators, volume, linear parameters of the ovaries, as well as the number of follicles and the yellow bodies of the past sex cycle exceeded those in the control animals and pigs undergoing stimulation by Sidor.Conclusion. Research suggests that the method developed by us allows us to obtain a natural genital cartridge pheromone preparation with high biological activity. As a natural stimulator, sex pheromones through olfactory analyzers have a stimulating effect on the relevant cerebral centers and through them to the hypothalamic-pituitary complex, which activates the growth and hormonal activity of ovaries.
