Currently, most business operations conducted by an economic entity, including the implementation of settlements with counterparties, associated with the movement of cash flows. Consequently, of particular relevance acquired questions implementation of internal control, which contributes to information and advisory support and optimization of financial and economic activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop the system of methodological support of internal control of funds at the enterprise. In article theoretical bases of realization of control procedures are studied. The basic principles, the purpose and methods of internal control of funds are defined. For the development of methodological tools it is suggested to use the developed forms of working documents of internal control. These documents allow to systematize control measures, to evaluate the efficiency of accounting system organization, to generalize the results of cash and bank account transactions inspection, their appropriateness and validity; to record the revealed violations by the results of cash and bank account transactions inspection. Based on the results of internal control, the company’s management makes a decision to improve the efficiency of cash usage based on the creation of a liquidity management system.
A synergistic approach to production management is becoming fundamental in ensuring the sustainable and efficient functioning and development of organizations. The aim of the study is to substantiate the methodological toolkit for assessing the synergistic management efficiency of the food industry enterprise. The paper briefly examines the positions of individual scientists, revealing the view of modern science on understanding synergy, the sources of its origin and approaches to the extraction of synergistic effect in the economy, business, and production. As a result of generalization of the research previously presented in science, the authors clarified and systematized the factors and conditions of synergy, which are divided into two groups - internal and external. On the basis of the system of synergy factors, the article substantiates a formalized system of criteria and indicators for assessing the synergetic efficiency of managing a food industry enterprise. The paper provides an example of calculating and evaluating the proposed criteria and indicators based on materials from one of the food industry enterprises, as well as reasoning and conclusions about the future actions of the management of this enterprise. The presented system of criteria and indicators makes it possible to judge the level of synergistic efficiency of management and the degree of influence of individual factors of synergy on the financial results of the enterprise. The technique can be used by the management of enterprises in the development and substantiation of promising (medium-term) management decisions and programs for the development of enterprises.
Хлебопекарная промышленность является основной отраслью пищевой промышленности. Развитие данной отрасли имеет стратегическую цель государства. Определены государственные программы поддержки развития хлебной отрасли. Рассмотрено современное состояние хлебопекарной промышленности. На сегодняшний день наблюдается спад производства хлебной продукции. Представлена сравнительная динамика объемов производства по России, Удмуртской Республике и Кировской области. Определены рациональные нормы потребления хлебных продуктов. Сопоставлены рекомендуемые нормы с реальными объемами потребления. Проведен анализ потребительских цен на хлебную продукцию, а также представлен оборот розничной торговли хлеба и хлебобулочных изделий. Выявлено, что в настоящее время предприятия хлебной промышленности все больше ориентируются на нужды потребителей с возрастающими требованиями к качеству продукции на фоне сокращения среднедушевого потребления, значительных изменений конъюнктуры рынка, увеличения цен и возрастания конкуренции между предприятиями. Для этого руководителям данных предприятий необходимо существенно укрепить позицию на рынке, разрабатывая при этом необходимые мероприятия и применяя стратегии развития. Предложена стратегия диверсификационного роста, которая подразумевает расширение ассортимента хлебной продукции. Данная стратегия позволяет предприятию ускорить следующие изменения в бизнесе - подстраивание под темпы изменения запросов потребителей, появление новых возможностей для ведения бизнеса, развитие и внедрение новых технологий, тем самым улучшая положение предприятий хлебной отрасли.
