This reflective study using exploratory research is based on a hypothesis because that the training of university teachers in the use of distance learning technologies will be effective if: the potential of distance learning technologies at the university has been determined; the essence and content of the notion "readiness of a university teacher to use distance learning technologies" are disclosed, indicators and levels of formation of the components of teacher readiness are determined university to this type of activity; the previous pedagogical conditions have been theoretically identified and experimentally substantiate. The study showed that, when conditions, means and efforts are well oriented, there are consistently satisfactory results in the use of distance learning technologies in the context of digitalization.
The article is devoted to the actual problem of the teacher's professionalism, namely, creative competence, which is understood as the ability to create new professional products and high performance results through the implementation of the creative abilities of the individual. The approaches to pedagogical activity as a creative process are analyzed. It is noted that the question of the structure and qualitative characteristics of the teacher's creative competence as a system of changes is still debatable.

Main findings: The methodology of ambushing the statistical vigor is encouraged by the humanities and the science-realistic ideas and concepts, we know that you can find more information about how to learn more about the statutory article of the article. In this regard, some models were established. According to the study, neither of the introduced models is worse or better than the other. Social Implications: a modern outlook on the interpretation of gender issues and the prediction of future youth in the theory and practice of sexual education in the EU countries. In the permissive model, at first glance, sexual behavior is placed on a par with all other behaviors and is therefore dependent on general laws of social and ethical regulation. Originality/Novelty of the study: modern trends of sexual education of student youth in EU countries are generalized and strengthening the socio-cultural context of sexual education content. The main difference of this work with the works was already done, is that this study mainly categorizes models through which different behaviors could be studied, and also evaluates the models.
This paper focuses on the instructional design, its functions, approaches and principles. Instructional design plays a significant role in ensuring coherent, relevant and effective educational process and must be considered in more depth by modern teachers and educators. Today, without radical changes in educational trends, the process of personal development will continue to be monotonous and impoverished. Authors suggest, that nowadays special attention should be paid to the educational function of the school, aimed at developing a person because the assimilation of knowledge by students must pass through a pre-determined system of educational work. It is important to broadly involve students in planning the process, as well as in the actual implementation of creative ideas. The type of communication within the class group, the student's progress, behaviour within the school and outside it will largely depend on the nature of the activities of students. An important element of work in this area is the involvement of schoolchildren's families, active cooperation with them, the realization of a common goal, mutual understanding. To design the work plan of the class group in relation to specific educational objectives and tasks of personal development of students means to create at the level of personal development of students the most optimal system of activities, where methods and organization will be oriented towards the development of all subjects of interaction.
