Over the years, the field of talent management has attracted much attention among stakeholders. Therefore, this present study aims to explicitly state whether talent management impacts service quality. The population of the study was 275 employees of the National Institute for Labour Studies. However, the study purposely administered 250 questionnaires because we had to use structural equation modeling analysis to analyzed the collected data. The outcomes of the analysis our result have confirmed the following: (1) talent attraction have an impact on service quality, (2) talent retention affect service quality, (3) reward strategy affects service quality, (4) The relationship between talent attraction and service quality mediated by reward strategy, and (5) The relationship between talent retention and service quality mediated by reward strategy. Based on our findings, it can be inferred that service quality improvements have been influenced by attraction and retention of talent, and a weak relationship between the variables can be strengthened through a reward strategy. This study contributed to a different system of talent management and service quality relationships that should be included in strategic planning. Therefore, the institutes, other organizations, and the government can use employ attraction and retention talent to improve service quality in their realm.
The motive of this research paper is to examine entrepreneurial alertness as a determinant for opportunity identification by nascent entrepreneurs in Osun State, Nigeria. Because nascent entrepreneurs have received much attention from stakeholders, there is a dearth of research on nascent entrepreneurs in the Nigerian context. This study used a survey research design. The population of the study was 202 nascent entrepreneurs in Osun State, Nigeria. The study employed a random sampling technique, and 202 questionnaires were administered and ultimately returned while a minimum sample size calculated using G-power was 107 with a medium-size effect of 0.15. Data were analyzed through the SmartPLS. The finding reveals that entrepreneurial munificence determines entrepreneurial alertness than entrepreneurial attention. The result also shows that information mediates the linkage between entrepreneurial attention and entrepreneurial alertness, which is empirically significant. Also, information significantly mediates the connection between entrepreneurial munificence and entrepreneurial alertness. The study concludes that entrepreneurial alertness is a determinant for opportunity identification by nascent entrepreneurs in Osun State, Nigeria.
The complex [RuCl2(COD)(OR)2] (COD = cyclo-octa-1,5-diene and R = CH3 or C2H5) has been prepared by treatment of the polymeric specie [{RuCl2(COD)}x]) with appropriate LiOR solution and has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and l H NMR spectroscopic analyses. The reaction of the alkoxide complex with two or more equivalent of phosphine ligands gave the complex [Ru(COD)(OR)2L2] (R = CH3 or C2H5; L = omethoxyphenyldiphenylphosphine and tri(m-tolyl)phosphine) while the subsequent reaction with diphenylphosphine yielded [Ru(OR)2(Ph2P)4] (R = C2H5). Spectroscopic and elemental analysis data revealed symmetric alkoxidebridged diruthenium phosphine complexes.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
