The relevance of this study is due to the need of monitoring the physical fitness of young shooters with hearing impairment in the process of sports training and the lack of a set of diagnostic tests to assess these indicators at the early stage of training. The subject of the study was defined as a diagnostic toolkit for assessing the physical fitness of young shooters with hearing impairment, including control test exercises to assess the full range of physical qualities. The aim of the study was to develop methods for the evaluation of physical fitness of young shooters with hearing impairment at the early stage of training. To achieve the goal the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodical literature on the problem of research, analysis of normative documentation regulating the training process in bullet shooting for athletes with hearing impairment, pedagogical observation, concretization, systematization, testing of physical qualities, methods of mathematical statistics, generalization. Results of the study: the transfer standards used in bullet shooting of hearing-impaired athletes when transferring athletes from one training stage to another are analyzed; methods of evaluating physical fitness of young shooters with hearing impairment at the early stage of training are developed, including a set of control exercises assessing manifestations of all physical qualities necessary for young shooters with hearing impairment, substantiated the expediency of those methods. The results of the study can be recommended for practical application to hearing impaired athletes specializing in bullet shooting and their coaches in order to improve both the physical training process and the implementation of its qualitative and complete control.
The relevance of the study is due to the need to substantiate the differentiated exercise of physical training in hard of hearing and deaf shooters in the process of sports training. The physical fitness of deaf and hardofhearing shooters at the stage of initial training is determined as the subject of the study. The aim of the study was a comparative analysis of the indicators of physical fitness of deaf and hard of hearing shooters at the stage of initial training. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodical literature on the research problem, analysis of normative documentation regulating the training process in bullet shooting for athletes with hearing impairment, pedagogical observation, testing of physical qualities, methods of mathematical statistics, generalization. Results of the study: the results of physical fitness of deaf and hard of hearing shooters are analyzed; differences in the manifestation of a number of abilities between deaf and hard of hearing athletes are revealed, provisions for the development of methods of differentiated physical training with an emphasis on lagging abilities in each group are substantiated. The results of the study can be recommended for practical application to athletes with hearing impairment specializing in bullet shooting, their coaches in order to improve both the process of physical training and the implementation of its qualitative and full control.
Importance. Russian and foreign statistical sources show a steady increase in the number of children with auditory deprivation, which leads to a constant search for new means of comprehensive care. One of the most effective types is adaptive sports, which has received intensive development in the Russian Federation in recent years. Bullet shooting has become an accessible sports discipline for most people with disabilities, creating conditions for effective integration into society. The training process in general and physical training in particular in persons with hearing impairment requires differentiation of its means and methods depending on the degree of pathology. The subject of the study is the dynamics of physical fitness of shooters with hearing impairment at the stage of initial training. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the method of differentiated physical training of shooters with hearing impairment. Research methods. 4 groups of test athletes with impaired shooting at the stage of initial training, 2 control (the 1st group – deaf, the 2nd group – is hard of hearing) and 2 experimental (the 1st group – deaf, the 2nd group – is hard of hearing). In the process of implementing the methods of differentiated physical training of athletes with hearing impairment engaged in bullet shooting, the dynamics of their physical fitness indicators was monitored before and after its implementation. Result and Discussion. The results of the physical fitness of deaf and hard-of-hearing shooters during the implementation of the methodology are analyzed; differences in the manifestation of a number of abilities between deaf and hard of hearing athletes are revealed. The presented results of the dynamics of physical fitness show the effectiveness of the method of differentiated physical training based on the peculiarities of the manifestation of physical qualities in deaf and hard of hearing athletes in shooting. Conclusion. The presented results of the dynamics of physical fitness, revealed in the experimental groups of deaf and hard of hearing shooters, showed the effectiveness of the method of differentiated physical training based on taking into account the peculiarities of the manifestation of physical qualities in deaf and hard of hearing athletes in shooting.
