Software development and the implementation of IT industry products are usually a very complicated and complex process. In recent years, software requirements' nature and complexity have changed dramatically, as have user demands for cost, performance, and quality. These three parameters can be considered key, and keeping them at an appropriate level for consumers is possible only through optimal design using well-established software development methodologies. The search for ways to optimize labour and financial costs leads managers worldwide to the need to use in practice a variety of techniques and approaches. With this approach, the scientific and economic substantiation of the advisability of choosing one or another organizational and financial mechanism for organizing a team of developers and marketers becomes especially important. The authors of the article studied Dynamics of export growth of Ukrainian IT products, the relationship between the IT product market elements, the main and auxiliary stages of creating an IT product. For the development and promotion of IT products, the authors proposed a methodology for iterative software development based on prototyping, using elements of the SCRUM system, which was tested at a private Ukrainian IT company. The modified version of the agile development system proposed in the article showed promising results in practice, both IT company managers and specialists positively assessed the experience of its use. Based on the already proven technology of agile development, this technique was able to add some mechanics that made it possible to neutralize several negative factors inherent in other approaches.
The issues of improving corporate governance as a social interactions system are a management task that is quite complex and urgent. The authors devoted their research to the problems of improving corporate governance as a system of social interactions. The authors studied legislative norms, analyzed the social essence of corporate governance, objective and subjective factors, gave a comparative description of the progressive global models of corporate governance, and the Ukrainian model. To formulate relevant proposals, the authors surveyed 174 respondents, to study whose interests, in their opinion, are primarily implemented in corporations. The generalization of the existing approaches of modern economic theory and practice to understanding and defining the essence of corporate governance made it possible to form a methodology of corporate governance as a system of social interactions, which was positively assessed by the respondents and which will strengthen trust in the company and contribute to the creation of value in the interests of shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, which will lead to an increase in its value of the company by increasing its competitiveness, efficiency and growth. However, in the study, possible obstacles arose, which will be studied in more detail in further investigations by the authors.
Context. The problem of increasing the efficiency of optimization methods by synthesizing metaheuristics is considered. The object of the research is the process of finding a solution to optimization problems. Objective. The goal of the work is to increase the efficiency of searching for a quasi-optimal solution at the expense of a metaheuristic method based on the synthesis of clonal selection and annealing simulation algorithms. Method. The proposed optimization method improves the clonal selection algorithm by dynamically changing based on the annealing simulation algorithm of the mutation step, the mutation probability, the number of potential solutions to be replaced. This reduces the risk of hitting the local optimum through extensive exploration of the search space at the initial iterations and guarantees convergence due to the focus of the search at the final iterations. The proposed optimization method makes it possible to find a conditional minimum through a dynamic penalty function, the value of which increases with increasing iteration number. The proposed optimization method admits non-binary potential solutions in the mutation operator by using the standard normal distribution instead of the uniform distribution. Results. The proposed optimization method was programmatically implemented using the CUDA parallel processing technology and studied for the problem of finding the conditional minimum of a function, the optimal separation problem of a discrete set, the traveling salesman problem, the backpack problem on their corresponding problem-oriented databases. The results obtained allowed to investigate the dependence of the parameter values on the probability of mutation. Conclusions. The conducted experiments have confirmed the performance of the proposed method and allow us to recommend it for use in practice in solving optimization problems. Prospects for further research are to create intelligent parallel and distributed computer systems for general and special purposes, which use the proposed method for problems of numerical and combinatorial optimization, machine learning and pattern recognition, forecast.
The article discusses the modern ways of using political management technologies to overcome economic crises. The general characteristics and peculiarities of the emergence of crisis situations in the conditions of the cyclical development of the state are given, the main approaches to both the perception of crisis situations and their use for the benefit of society are determined. As a methodology for solving the problem of overcoming the crisis, the article proposes a methodology for the formation and operation of political network alliances, as the quintessence of political and economic mechanisms of governance in modern democratic states.Issues related to the goals and objectives of forming such alliances, tools available to them, methods of work and available powers are considered. The reasons that serve as a catalyst for the creation of such partnerships and their functioning both at the state and municipal levels are highlighted and substantiated.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
