The present now normative and information base is regulating of the Kuzbass coal seams treatment but is not considering of the mininggeological and mining-engineering conditions for new coal deposits. The analysis of works for the research of the rock pressure manifestation shows that in many cases numerous results require of the practical confirmation in mine conditions directly, and also confirmation by the physical models. This work reflects one of the stages of research on changing the stress-strain state of the massif with the formation of unloading zones, increased rock pressure, and recovery. As an example, the results of the information analysis obtained by means of contour and depth benchmarks on the ventilation drift in the course of the 34 seam treatment at the "Tagaryshskaya" mine are presented. The differences of the analyzed results from the results obtained in the conditions of other mines are established. The values of the drift's roof stratification on the contour and at the distance from the contour of 1.0 to 4.0 m are given. The revealed maximums of the rock pressure and pressure changes in the hydraulic supports of the complex used for movement are presented. Recommendations on the choice of the anchor's length taking into account the roof stratification size are given. The further research stages on models from equivalent materials at various geometric scales are proposed.
The paper presents the results of studies of technical solutions proposed in Kuzbass State Technical University and implemented in auger drilling equipment, characterized by the presence of a cyclic feed of a boring machine on the face and the corresponding reverse of the work by hydraulic jacks. Operation of complexes, which design feature is to provide a common plane for the axis of the boring hole and vectors of axial forces of the auger feeding mechanisms, was researched. The stress state of the cyclic step-feeding mechanism’s functional elements by mathematical and software means of the finite element analysis is considered. The threshold values of the feed forces are determined from the point of view of ensuring the safety margin of welded joints used in the cyclic step-feeding mechanism’s structure, and from the point of operational reliability of the system as a whole. The obtained data allowed making recommendations for further improvement for the subsystem of the auger’s cyclic step-feeding mechanism.
Abstract-The article describes the design and operational factors leading to failures in mounting groups of the modern auger equipment. At the same time, the operating experience was considered of using antifriction bearings with solid lubricant antifriction filler (AFZ) having self-lubricating and self-sealing properties in various mounting groups. The changes in bearing clearances with AFZ as potential sources of high-frequency oscillations were assessed, also potential sources of low-frequency high-amplitude oscillations were identified in the design. As a result, the impact of mounting groups of the auger equipment on the change of the availability condition in the process of performance was assessed using vibration-based diagnostics method. The design of the mounting group with AFZ without end covers was proposed. Application of such a mounting group increases the service life of bearing support in the areas inaccessible for maintenance and repairs resulting in reduced labor intensity, energy and financial costs.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
