The relevance of the study is due to the fact that qualitative changes in military professional activity necessitate high-quality professional training of future military specialists capable of manifesting professional responsibility in the context of constantly changing social and military practices. The purpose of the article is to present the results of a study demonstrating the psychological and pedagogical potential of the relationship between reflexivity and life-meaning orientations in the formation of professional responsibility in future military specialists. To obtain empirical data, the technique for determining the level of reflexivity by A.V.Karpova, a test of life-meaning orientations (in the adaptation of D.A.Leontiev), and also mathematical and statistical methods of data processing. In the course of the study, the interrelation of reflexivity and life-meaning orientations of future military specialists was revealed, which provides an assessment of the productivity of a lived segment of life, the degree of comprehension of prospects and direction of actions; developing the ability to control behavior in professional and life situations; awareness of freedom of choice in accordance with the goals set, understanding of responsibility for the successes and failures in their activities, due to its capabilities. The methodological support of the formation of professional responsibility of future military specialists on the basis of the relationship between reflexivity and life-meaning orientations has been determined, which includes: reflexive seminars aimed at the development of self-governing personality mechanisms; the use of situational tasks as a methodological technique that imitates a practically significant professional situation; the method of projects, which allows to apply in practice the intellectual resources of the student, to form teamwork skills and responsibility for the result in the conditions of educational and professional activities; organization of research activities, providing search and research activity in relation to non-standard professional tasks. The productivity of the influence of the interrelation of reflection and the peculiarities of life-meaning orientations on the formation of professional responsibility of future military specialists has been confirmed.
The coverage of the factor of cultural international relations and the role of an instrument of foreign policy in modern conditions is revealed. It is indicated that changes in foreign policy achievements in the field of culture force participants in international relations to have their own options for studying cultural heritage in line with foreign policy. The aim is to analyze national approaches to building external cultural activities. The format of cultural diplomacy is considered as the main model of cooperation between cultures in international relations. The presence of studies of the relationship between culture and foreign policy in modern political science is stated, which lead to a discussion in considering the terms "foreign cultural policy" and "cultural diplomacy". The presence in the modern political discourse of studies of the relationship between foreign policy and culture is stated, which contributes to the discussion of the terms "cultural diplomacy" and "foreign cultural policy". It stands out that the cultural interaction of Russia with a number of countries is limited by the "cancellation of Russian culture" abroad and, as a result, leads to a decrease in Russian cultural influence. In conclusion, the need to update the priority areas of the State Cultural Policy Strategy for the period until 2030 is indicated, taking into account the current foreign policy situation. Within the framework of Russian cultural diplomacy, measures are proposed to counteract the practice of a “cancellation culture”. Materials of the periodical press are used, as well as special literature on the problem.
The development of the socio-professional responsibility among a military specialist is relevant due to the increasing threat of the use of military force in modern conditions and the innovative nature of the development of means and methods of armed struggle, expanding the destructive potential and scale of professional activity of a military specialist. The purpose of this study is to analyze the content and interrelation of the social and professional determinants of the military profession, to determine on the basis of the results of the analysis of methodological approaches to the development of socio-professional responsibility of a military specialist. The study proves that the unity of military and military professional activity, manifested in the military profession, allows us to consider social and professional responsibility as professionally important as a military specialist. Socio-professional responsibility is a personal new formation in the system of professionally important qualities of a military specialist, combining awareness and acceptance of socio-professional values, a high level of professional competence, readiness for socially-oriented responsible behavior in the military profession and achieving success in military labor. The methodological basis is highlighted, including value-acmeological, praxiological and situational approaches, ensuring the development of socio-professional responsibility of a military specialist. We consider the pedagogical patterns and principles that determine the organization and content of the development of socio-professional responsibility of a military specialist. A well-founded set of methodological approaches is characterized by interconnectedness and complementarity and is the most optimal for the development of socio-professional responsibility of a military specialist.
