This article analyzes the ways to apply Learning Analytics, Cloud Technologies, and Big Data in the field of education on the international level. This paper provides examples of international analytical researches and cloud technologies used to process the results of those researches. It considers the PISA research methodology and related tools, including the IDB Analyzer application, free R intsvy environment for processing statistical data, and cloud-based web application PISA Data Explorer. The paper justifies the necessity of creating a stand-alone web application that supports Ukrainian localization and provides Ukrainian researchers with rapid access to well-structured PISA data. In particular, such an application should provide for data across the factorial features and indicators applied at the country level and demonstrate the Ukrainian indicators compared to the other countries’ results. This paper includes a description of the application core functionalities, architecture, and technologies used for development. The proposed solution leverages the shiny package available with R environment that allows implementing both the UI and server sides of the application. The technical implementation is a proven solution that allows for simplifying the access to PISA data for Ukrainian researchers and helping them utilize the calculation results on the key features without having to apply tools for processing statistical data.
The multilevel model for the formation and assessment of resource flows of a metallurgical enterprise is presented, which, at the logistics positions, reconcile the enterprise flow processes at all management levels, providing procedures for regulating the parameters of material and financial flows due to parametric and structural coordination in the short period of time and system coordination and adaptation of goals in the long term period. Drawing on the theory of logistics, it is possible to define the resource flow in project management as an aggregate of the enterprise's own and attracted resources, considering in the process of interconnected and interdependent changes and movements carried out to achieve the objectives of the project. Optimization models of rational options selection for attracting additional resources, which allow implementing energy-saving projects under conditions of suspending finances at definite time periods due to a change in the project implementation schedule are described.
The purpose of this article is to check and identify management gaps that lead to the formation of digitalization problems in enterprises in the context of Industry 4.0 and to offer a conceptual approach to managing the development of high-tech enterprises in digital transformation. The paper substantiates the concept of digital transformation management in a high-tech enterprise based on interdependent adaptive systems for planning digital transformation processes, monitoring, and change management. The paper considers the idea of the Industry 4.0 concept and presents principal technologies and tools that contribute to the gradual transition to digital transformation. It is determined that digital transformation is a process of transition to digital business, which involves the use of digital technologies to change business processes in the company and provision of new opportunities for additional income and development prospects. A conceptual model of enterprise competitiveness formation in the process of digital transformation has been developed, which includes organizational and economical digital tools for sustainable development of high-tech enterprises and synergies from the organization of new forms of digital interaction. The proposed methodology for managing the development of high-tech enterprises in the context of digital transformation is based on the formation of an ecosystem model of decentralization in a single distributed digital space, based on interconnected adaptive systems of planning, monitoring, and change management, and, on the basis of modeling and forecasting of complex manufacturing and logistics processes of high-tech industries, it allows effective implementation of the innovative order portfolio in the short term and with limited opportunities while coordinating the priorities of the business strategy and strategy of digital transformation of high-tech enterprises.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
